Investment thesis
Path Ventures is a boutique pre-seed firm making first checks of roughly $100K-$300K into companies at post-money valuations of $4M-$10M. It positions itself as a generalist investor but is currently drawn to fintech, enterprise SaaS, consumer tech, proptech, and legaltech. Most investing happens in the US and Canada, though it stays open to international opportunities. Path typically acts as the 2nd or 3rd largest check in a round rather than the lead, but is willing to set terms and lead smaller rounds.
