Riaz Ali is Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer at Rock Health, where he leads commercial strategy and growth for Rock Health Advisory, working with health plans, health systems, life sciences companies, and the digital health ecosystem. He previously served as Chief Experience Officer at Wider Circle and co-founded Ask Claire, a Medicare navigation company later acquired by Wider Circle, and earlier held roles as Chief Marketing Officer at SCAN Health Plan and in health policy and strategy at Avalere Health. He holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and an undergraduate degree from Columbia University.

Abby Tarquinio is a member of the Client Experience team at Rock Health Advisory. She previously held a strategic operations role at a healthcare platform startup and consulted for various digital health startups on grant writing and data analysis. She has conducted healthcare research with Stanford's Clinical Excellence Research Center, Center for Bioethics, and Byers Center for Biodesign, and holds a B.S. (Honors) in Science, Technology, and Society with a concentration in Biostatistics and Bioethics from Stanford University.

Ashwini Nagappan is a Senior Insights Associate at Rock Health Advisory, focusing on direct-to-consumer healthcare and the ethical, legal, and social implications of emerging health technologies. Before Rock Health, she founded a startup working on sound-based therapy for dementia care. She holds a PhD in Health Policy and Management from UCLA, a Master of Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor's degree in Public Health and Sociology from NYU.

Claire Egan Doyle heads marketing and communications at Rock Health. She previously oversaw corporate marketing at Castlight and led marketing at a boutique management consulting firm, and was an early employee at Evolent Health, supporting marketing and communications from its early-stage startup phase through IPO. She holds a B.A. in History and Communications from the University of Florida.

Donna Hughes works in operations on the Rock Health Advisory Team. Before Rock Health, she worked as an Executive Assistant at J.P. Morgan & Co and as an Event Coordinator at Goldman Sachs in New York City. Originally from New Jersey, she is now based in Georgia.

Jason Lei is a Data & Insights Associate at Rock Health. He previously worked at Northwestern Medicine and Cleveland Clinic on innovation and provider operations, and at WTW, where he advised self-insured employers on point solutions strategy. He earned a B.S. in Public Health and a Master of Health Administration from The George Washington University.

Jesse Rivera is a Consultant at Rock Health. She previously worked at Vizient, where she led market research and competitive intelligence work on the corporate strategy team and helped providers and business leaders develop and validate strategic plans. Her background includes health system master planning and facility design, and she holds a degree in Health Systems Management from Loyola University Chicago.

Julia Croxen is Vice President of Strategy Consulting at Rock Health, advising enterprise healthcare organizations on digital health and innovation strategy, with a focus on life sciences, pharma companies, and growth-stage startups. Her work covers go-to-market planning, commercialization, and patient engagement across areas including cardio-metabolic and women's health. Before Rock Health she worked in life sciences strategy consulting on portfolio prioritization, launch planning, and lifecycle management for biopharma clients, and she studied Neurobiology and Global Health and Health Policy at Harvard University.

Kalindi Shah leads the Growth and Finance functions at Rock Health Advisory. She previously managed finance and strategy at Molina Healthcare, advised healthcare executives at Oliver Wyman, and worked in product and business operations at Zocdoc. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Human Biology from Northwestern University.

Kavya Tallapaka is a member of the Consulting team at Rock Health. She previously worked at Eversana Management Consulting, delivering strategic insights for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. She holds a Master of Business and Science with a concentration in Biotechnology Management from Keck Graduate Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego.

Lucy Verheggen is a member of the Client Experience team at Rock Health and supports growth at Rock Health Advisory. Before joining Rock Health, she managed digital strategy and engagement at The Advisory Board Company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Classics from Tulane University.

Madhu Gupta is an Engagement Manager at Rock Health, leading client projects on digital health and innovation strategy, with expertise spanning healthcare innovation, payer and Medicaid strategy, and investment evaluation. Before Rock Health, she managed the Medicaid Innovation Collaborative at Acumen and advised on health investments, and previously worked as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon and a Manager at PwC. She studied Neuroscience and Women's and Gender Studies at Wellesley College and holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

Mikayla Holzwarth is a member of the Consulting team at Rock Health. Before joining, she worked in social behavior HIV research, at a startup focused on value-based complex primary care for dual-eligible patients, and in health and emergency management consulting. She earned an MPH in Health Management from Harvard's School of Public Health and a BS in Community Health from CUNY Hunter.

Moe Rinkunas is Director of Insights Membership at Rock Health Advisory, where he leads a team of advisors working with enterprise companies on health tech and innovation strategy. With over 20 years of experience in corporate innovation, venture building, and advisory services, he has held roles at organizations including DuPont, Corbion, Dreamit Ventures, and Accenture, working across health tech, food ingredients, biochemicals, and green chemistry. Rinkunas teaches in the NSF I-Corps program and serves as adjunct faculty at Lehigh University.

Natasha Anik is the Operations Manager at Rock Health, where she supports the company's administrative and logistical functions. She previously worked as an Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company and held operational roles at healthcare startups, and earlier spent several years as a Certified Veterinary Technician. She holds a BA in Communications from Bowling Green State University.

Rachel Schilling is an Engagement Manager on the Consulting team at Rock Health, with a background in digital transformation and strategy in life sciences. She has also worked on developing and launching products at a digital health startup. She holds an MBA (concentration in health, technology, and innovation) and an MPH (focus on health economics, health disparities, and population health informatics) from Johns Hopkins University, and a BA in Spanish Linguistics and Literature from LSU.

Rachel Soffer works on the Client Experience team at Rock Health Advisory. Before joining, she managed Redesign Health's advisory program, connecting advisors with portfolio companies, and served as a Senior Account Manager at Nomad Health, a healthcare staffing agency. She has additional experience in healthcare public relations and pharmaceutical account work, and holds a B.A. in Neuroscience & Behavior from Barnard College.

Rishabh Surendran is a contractor at Rock Health where he builds AI-driven automations to improve operational efficiency at Rock Health Advisory, and previously worked with Rock Health Capital to automate deal flow and due-diligence processes using AI. He also works in early-stage deep tech investing, covering aerospace, energy, compute, and dual-use technology. He previously held roles at Draper VC, the Government of India, and Goldman Sachs, holds an Electronics Engineering degree from Manipal University in India, and earned an MBA from Cornell Johnson School of Business.

Saachi Jain is a consultant on the Consulting team at Rock Health. She previously worked at Charles River Associates on commercial strategy, revenue forecasting, and market access projects for pharmaceutical companies and healthcare investment funds, and has held business development roles at early-stage digital health startups as well as a venture fellowship. She holds a B.A. in Computational Biology & Genomics with a minor in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis.
