Jostein Vik is a Partner and co-founder of Viking Growth with over 20 years of experience building and scaling Nordic software companies across RegTech, fintech, field service management, and digital asset management. His work spans business development, M&A, and corporate strategy, and he collaborates with management teams on sales strategy, pricing, and organizational design. He has served as chairperson for publicly listed software companies in Norway, Denmark, and Finland, leading several public-to-private processes, and holds a Master's degree from the BI Norwegian Business School.

Eivind Bergsmyr is a Partner at Viking Growth and Chairman of the Board of Directors at WorkPoint. He has over 20 years of experience in high-tech industries, including seven years as CEO of a start-up, one year as a turnaround CEO, and more than 12 years as an investor, venture capitalist, and board member, and has been involved in business sales totaling over 200 million EUR. He holds an M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering, is a Kauffman Fellow, and has expertise in areas including B2B SaaS, oil and gas, military and government markets, M&A, and technology management.

Joar Welde is a Partner at Viking Growth with over 20 years of experience scaling Nordic software companies internationally, including through organic growth, M&A, and exits to private equity firms. He has extensive board experience, having chaired several portfolio companies and listed companies, and has been involved in taking software businesses public. At Viking Growth he focuses on deal sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, and has led equity, debt, and fundraising processes.

Andreas Sandbu is an Investment Director at Viking Growth, where he works on portfolio development and deal sourcing focused on Nordic software scale-ups. He previously led the firm's Operational Excellence team supporting B2B SaaS companies, building expertise in go-to-market strategy and operational scaling, and before that was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management and a BSc in Economics from NTNU, and spent a year at Harvard University during his graduate studies.

Amanda Gaiotti is a Partner at Sagard and has been part of the Corporate Development team since 2020, leading M&A integration across the Sagard platform and working on acquisitions from transaction execution through value creation. She is part of the leadership team of Sagard Private Equity Solutions and serves on its Executive Committee, contributing to strategic partnerships and new investment strategies. Before Sagard, she was Senior Director of Strategy, Transformation & Integration at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group under TPG Capital ownership, and holds an MBA from McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management.

Christine Hammeren is the Marketing Manager at Viking Growth, where she owns the firm's marketing strategy, brand, and positioning, working with the investment team to support deal sourcing among Nordic software companies. She previously served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Myworkout, a health tech company, and led go-to-market activities for new products at Danske Bank in Norway. She holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a BSc in Economics from NTNU.

Eivind Moseng is an Investment Associate on Viking Growth's Operational Excellence team, where he supports portfolio monitoring and growth initiatives. His focus areas include operational analysis of B2B SaaS businesses, pricing, strategy, and financial modelling for Nordic software scale-ups. Before joining the firm he worked part-time as a management consultant in Trondheim and completed an internship at PwC Deals in financial and commercial due diligence, and he holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU.

Elise Melhus is the Finance and Compliance Manager at Viking Growth, where she oversees financial reporting, fund finance, fund administration, and compliance. Before joining the firm she worked on equity fundraising and financial due diligence for early-stage companies, and previously served as an auditor at KPMG and a consultant at EY. She holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), with exchange studies at Leeds Beckett University and UC Berkeley.

Ingvild Farstad is an Investment Director at Viking Growth, where she leads the Operational Excellence team and manages the firm's software community. She works with portfolio companies on strategy, pricing, go-to-market and sales development, and post-merger integration, focusing on scaling B2B software businesses. Before Viking Growth, she worked in strategic and operational consulting at BDO AS, and she holds an MSc in Business Administration and a BSc in Economics from NTNU.

Ove Bugten is an Investment Associate at Viking Growth, where he works on deal sourcing and evaluates software investment opportunities across the Nordic region. He started at the firm as an intern and has worked with both the deal sourcing and Operational Excellence teams. Before Viking Growth, he was a Credit Analyst in Oslo and gained M&A experience at SJ Corporate and consulting experience at Arkwright Consulting. He holds an MSc in Finance from NHH, with exchange studies at UC Berkeley and ESSEC, and a BSc in Informatics from NTNU.
