Jean-Philippe Lorinquer works at OSS Ventures, where he builds relationships with industrial leaders and spends time inside factories with operations teams. He has led around 30 go-to-market motions across OSS ventures and supports founders with firsthand industrial insight, having visited more than 150 factories. Before OSS, he was Chief Revenue Officer at a Series F startup backed by General Atlantic and at a Series A startup, and earlier served as General Manager of a Hewlett-Packard business unit.

Léopold Lambert is Head of Product and Partner at OSS Ventures, where he leads product direction and works with founders on product strategy from ideation through early product-market fit. He joined OSS as one of its first team members, rising from junior product manager to Partner. Prior to OSS, his background included project finance and M&A, private equity, and operations at an early-stage Australian startup.

Maroussia Houimli is Partner and Chief People Officer at OSS Ventures, where she leads People and Talent strategy across the studio and its ventures, working with founders on hiring, organizational design, performance, and compensation frameworks. Before OSS, she led senior and technical hiring in international contexts and managed Talent and People functions with teams of up to 30 people. Her prior experience spans executive search and roles at Microsoft, Google, and The Adecco Group.

Pierre Lavaux is Partner in charge of investment at OSS Ventures, where he manages the fund's full lifecycle, defines investment strategy, structures deals, and supports founders on financial matters such as fundraising, dilution, and capital allocation. He began his career as a software engineer and later a startup CTO, and was previously a Partner at SGH Capital, a venture firm focused on early- and mid-stage companies across the US and EMEA, where he led over 20 investments and helped manage a portfolio of 140 companies.

Quentin Dubois is Partner and CTO at OSS Ventures, where he supports startups on technical challenges and works alongside startup CTOs on everything from early architecture decisions to strategic and managerial tech topics. He has contributed to the creation of more than 30 companies and served as CTO across multiple ventures, often working directly with industrial partners in their factories. Before OSS, he spent ten years at L'Oréal, including five years in Latin America.

Aude Delépine is an Investment Associate at OSS Ventures, where she supports the investment platform and portfolio across fundraising, fund operations, and financial management of the firm's investment vehicles. She works with founders on fundraising preparation, financial modeling, and business plan structuring. Before OSS, she spent three years at Eldorado, a digital investment bank, and previously worked in investment banking and at asset manager Amundi on private equity funds.

Adrien Pagès is an Entrepreneur in Residence at OSS Ventures, where he co-builds new ventures from an early problem statement and drives them to deployment with paying clients, working alongside tech, product, and design teams. Before OSS, he was a two-time entrepreneur: he bootstrapped a first venture as a student and sold it after 2.5 years at over €1M in turnover, then built a VC-backed company that raised €12M and scaled to more than 45 employees with offices in Brazil and France before exiting.

Ashok Azhagarasan works at OSS Ventures on AI use case validation and business impact, and manages strategic partnerships with large industrial groups. Before joining OSS, he practiced intellectual property law at Shoosmiths in the UK, Day Pitney LLP in the US, and in India before the Supreme Court, and previously managed a law firm and led corporate acquisitions. He later moved into B2B tech through Toucan Toco (AI data) and OPEO (industrial transformation consulting).

Baptiste Gaultier is an Entrepreneur in Residence at OSS Ventures, working in the 0-to-1 phase of company creation to take raw ideas to products deployed with early industrial clients. He has contributed to more than 15 OSS ventures, focusing on validating operational problems in real factory environments and structuring first deployments. Before OSS he held strategy and transformation roles at SCOR, GFP Gestion (later NoveoCare), Yellow Relay, and D2R Conseil, and holds a Master's in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po.

Caroline Goujon works at OSS Ventures, where she leads AI product design and development for manufacturing SaaS, taking products from concept to deployment on factory floors. She collaborates with portfolio founders to turn early concepts into operational tools built around real industrial constraints. Before OSS, she worked at a CAC40 company, freelanced supporting small and medium enterprises (PMEs), and contributed to institutional nonprofit projects.

Elise Lalique is Lead Designer at OSS Ventures, where she leads end-to-end product design across the portfolio, running user interviews and observing workflows in operational settings to inform product flows. Before OSS she worked in service design as a UX designer at design agencies for large companies and in the public sector at the Lyon Metropolis and the General Commission for Territorial Equality.

Fanny Gautier is a Full Stack Developer at OSS Ventures, where she builds and ships early-stage MVPs, turning initial concepts into working software that first customers can test. She is pursuing a Master's degree (M5) at IIM Digital School alongside about 2.5 years of product-building experience inside OSS Ventures.

Geneviève Métayer is Head of Venture Operations at OSS Ventures, where she structures how the studio delivers product, design, tech, and go-to-market support to founders across the portfolio. Before OSS, she was Director of Operations at Greenly, and earlier held roles across sales, strategy operations, product, and go-to-market at Google, beginning her career in data analysis at 55.

Guillaume Prigent designs and builds industrial software at OSS Ventures, working with founders to convert operational problems into technical solutions and automation. He has led engineering across 14 ventures, building technical foundations, architecture, and engineering standards from scratch. Before OSS, he built a SaaS product for a marketing company and later joined the studio as its first technical hire, spending over five years launching and structuring ventures.

Juliette Tessier is Head of Delivery at OSS Ventures, where she leads digital and AI transformation projects with the firm's industrial partners, working on-site with manufacturers to deploy portfolio startups' solutions. Her role bridges consulting and execution, overseeing multi-site transformations that run six to twelve months and coordinating between client operational teams, OSS startups, and the studio. Before OSS, she worked in operational and transformation roles connected to manufacturing.

Ksenya Borzov is a Revenue Manager at OSS Ventures, where she designs go-to-market strategies, processes, and tech stacks for the studio's startups and helps hire their first revenue team members, aiming to reach €500k in ARR quickly. She works as a sparring partner to founders and builds the meta-system that allows GTM systems to be created across the studio's companies. Her work has included startups such as MyC and Relief.

Lucas Charoing is a software developer on the Builder team at OSS Ventures, working in an alternance arrangement while completing a Master's degree in web development. He builds early-stage web applications alongside product and design teams, turning validated product hypotheses into working MVPs. Before OSS, he worked at Seedext, an AI startup, where he gained experience in applied AI product development.
