Investment thesis
TVG invests directly in late-stage (Series B onward) technology companies that use innovation to build a better future, partnering closely with founders and management to provide global expertise and resources. It prefers to lead rounds but will also co-invest with aligned partners. Backed by one of the world's largest pension plans, it takes a long-term view with flexible capital that can grow alongside portfolio companies, without caps on investment size or duration. TVG also selectively makes indirect investments through commitments to leading venture capital and growth equity funds, deploying across North America, Europe and Asia.
