Tim R. Bruckner serves as Chief Banking Officer for Regional Banking at Western Alliance Bank, where he oversees the company's regional banking divisions—including Alliance Bank of Arizona, Bank of Nevada, Bridge Bank, First Independent Bank, and Torrey Pines Bank—along with certain specialty banking lines. He previously served as Chief Credit Officer for Western Alliance Bancorporation and has held senior executive positions at BMO Harris, Bank of America, and GE Capital across more than 30 years in credit and lending. Bruckner holds an MBA with a finance emphasis from Creighton University.

Mike Lederman leads the Innovation Banking Group at Western Alliance Bank, overseeing relationship management and business development across its Innovation Banking, Fund Banking, Life Sciences, and Startup Banking teams, and serves on the bank's loan committee. He has more than 20 years of experience lending to startups, having started at Silicon Valley Bank and previously worked at Horizon Technology Finance before roles at Bridge Bank. He earned a Business Administration degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and completed the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.

Nick Wanat is the Chief Audit Executive at Western Alliance Bank, where he serves on the Senior Operating Committee and oversees governance and risk advising, regulatory remediation, and engagement with the Audit and Risk Committees. He previously served as the bank's Controller, leading finance transformation efforts including general ledger consolidations, acquisition integrations, and SOX maturation. Before joining Western Alliance, he was a Senior Manager at KPMG, leading external audit teams for domestic and international financial institutions, including a London-based rotation involving multinational audits.

Sonny Sonnenstein is Chief Information Officer at Western Alliance Bank, with 35 years of experience in financial services technology and strategy. His background spans consumer banking, mortgage banking, commercial banking, wealth, capital markets, and investment banking, combining business strategy and technical expertise in the CIO role.
