Impact America Fund backs entrepreneurs from overlooked communities who combine deep understanding of the problems they solve with the ability to build and scale businesses that create measurable social impact. The firm believes there is no shortage of bold ideas and investible businesses from communities of color, but rather a shortage of investors with the cultural fluency to identify and fund them. It focuses on companies that increase incomes and economic mobility for workers in communities of color, challenging conventional biases around risk and return while pursuing both financial returns and impact.
