Andreas de Greiff joined seed + speed after completing a management master's degree at IE Business School in Madrid. Prior to his studies, he worked as a financial analyst in the M&A team at Houlihan Lokey in Frankfurt.

Daniel Steffen spent over nine years in early-stage venture capital at IBB Ventures and held board positions at several B2B software and B2C startups. He began his career in M&A advisory at Ernst & Young after earning a Master's degree in business economics from the University of Potsdam.

Isabell Gollmer holds a master's degree in management from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. She previously worked as an analyst at Schenker Ventures and as a digitalisation consultant at EY etventure, where she developed her interest in startups and venture capital, before joining Seed+Speed.

Isabelle Thierfelder joined seed + speed after working with the VR Ventures team at Redstone. Her background spans venture capital, revenue-based financing, and business development and growth roles at B2B SaaS startups. She holds a degree in Business Administration from HU Berlin and focuses on sustainability and education.

Stefanie Mercedes Kindt joined seed + speed in March 2021, having previously spent over three years as an M&A consultant at Ernst & Young, where she worked on national and international transaction mandates for large corporations and private equity firms. She holds a master's degree from ESCP in Berlin and Paris.

Maria von der Lieck holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Fontys Business School in Venlo and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship & Business Development from Maastricht University. During her Master's studies she founded a startup in the renewable energy sector and completed internships in transactional services and private equity. She joined Seed+Speed as an intern before becoming an Analyst.

Marius Eisfeld joined the seed + speed team in April 2025. He previously spent over two years at Deloitte Innovation & Ventures as a Venture Architect and Senior Consultant working on venture building, venture clienting, and innovation strategy, and earlier held roles as an Analyst at Schumpeter Ventures and a Market Development Manager at TIER Mobility. He holds a master's degree in management with a focus on entrepreneurship and innovation from ESMT Berlin.

Nelly Karsch joined seed + speed in May 2025. She previously spent over three years at Bridgemaker working in corporate venture building, leading projects focused on (beyond-)banking, e-commerce, and venture studio concepts, including work on establishing the first venture builder in the UAE. She holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship & Sustainable Innovation from ESCP Europe.

Petra Kurschat supports the firm's portfolio startups through operational and service work. She studied communications research and previously worked in theater organization and as an author and CvD for TV formats. She has also trained as a yoga teacher, systemic coach, and holistic health consultant.
