Laurent Guérineau is a Partner in Eurazeo's Investor Relations team, responsible for Direct Transactions. He joined Eurazeo in 1992 after five years in audit, first as head of legal, tax and accounting matters and then, from 1997, managing investment funds (around 40 funds totaling roughly $700m). In 2006 he helped launch Eurazeo Partners, the firm's first co-investor fund, where he served as Secretary General, and since 2013 he has worked with the team handling co-investor relations. He holds a Certified Evaluated Financial Analyst qualification and a DESCF.
