She holds a Master's in Plant Biology and Conservation from Northwestern University and a B.A. in Biology from Oberlin College.

Estelle Richards is the Director of Operations at Evergreen Climate Innovations, with over 12 years of experience in administrative services and managerial oversight across the private and nonprofit sectors. She provides administrative support to the CEO and oversees daily operations including office services, finances, and facilities. She previously served as an Operations Manager at a national nonprofit.

Marc Altman is Senior Vice President, Strategy & Growth at Evergreen Climate Innovations, where he leads fundraising efforts across philanthropies, government agencies, corporate partners, and individual donors. He previously built a fundraising department at an outdoor education and youth services organization, and earlier worked in financial consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, photography, and design and marketing agencies. He holds a degree in Applied Math and Economics from Brown University.

Rachel Sebald is the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications at Evergreen Climate Innovations, where she oversees marketing and communications about the firm's role in the climate tech ecosystem. She also assists portfolio companies with public relations, marketing strategy, and brand awareness. Her background includes operations, community development, and marketing roles at early-stage and high-growth startups.

Shashank Churukanti is a Venture Associate at Evergreen Climate Innovations, where he evaluates new investment opportunities, conducts due diligence, tracks market trends across climate tech sectors, and advises portfolio companies on product development. He previously spent about ten years at SpaceX as a technical program manager, contributing to the avionics architecture of the Falcon 9 / Falcon Heavy launch vehicles and a free-space electro-optical communication terminal. He holds a dual bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University.

Simone Perrin is the Strategic Partnerships Associate at Evergreen Climate Innovations, where she draws on a background in nonprofit development and strategic communications to build relationships with philanthropists, investors, corporate partners, and community organizations. Her work supports the organization's climate innovation mission across the Greater Midwest. She graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Earth, Society, & Environmental Sustainability and Political Science.
