His areas of focus include agile leadership, lean portfolio management, organizational development, business transformation, and succession processes as well as board mandates. Peter Schmid is Chairman of Bergos AG and serves as a non-executive board member and senior advisor. He previously held CEO roles in international financial services, with responsibility for organizations of up to 1,400 employees across 29 locations in Europe and Asia and oversight of assets under management ranging from 15 to 120 billion. His experience includes strategy and business development, M&A and company integrations, sales management for family offices and high-net-worth clients, and business turnaround and digital transformation mandates.

Thomas Schmitt is a professor of business economics with a focus on corporate finance and strategy. He serves as a member of the board of directors at Business Successor AG, with a background in corporate financial management and strategic planning.

Yves Heller is a Unit Commander and First Lieutenant in the Swiss Army, where he leads a 100-person reconnaissance combat unit. He is pursuing a master's degree in Business Innovation at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and works at Swizzard Pharma AG on communication and research projects, having previously held positions at Muller Healthcare Consulting and the venture capital firm Equity Pitcher. He co-founded the Aargauer Verein at HSG, which has over 70 members, and completed a semester at the Carlson School of Management in Minneapolis.
