TiVentures invests at the seed and early stage in innovative, high-growth technology companies based mainly in the Ticino region of southern Switzerland. Its portfolio is diversified across life science, medical, high-tech and IT sectors. Owned by the Fondazione Centenario BancaStato, the fund provides hands-on coaching and mentoring, drawing on the entrepreneurial experience of its managers and a worldwide network of experts. It collaborates with the regional innovation agency Agire, the cantonal government and local universities to foster economic innovation, growth and diversification in the Ticino territory, and supports founders as they build and scale their startups.
