Maren Stangeland is an investment manager at Nysnø, working on direct seed and venture investments in companies focused on reducing emissions. She previously worked in private equity at HitecVision and began her career as a consultant at Deloitte, focusing on financial due diligence and M&A transactions. Paal Rogdeberg joined Nysnø in 2020, where he works mainly on fund investments, including investment processes and follow-up of existing managers. He holds a master's degree in economics and business administration with a specialization in financial economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and completed an exchange semester at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. He previously worked as a Senior Investment Associate at Argentum Fondsinvesteringer, on the secondary team focused on the Nordics and the UK.

Solveig Sundsdal is an investment manager at Nysnø, where she works to connect the firm's fund investments and direct investments and supports the investment team with analysis. She previously worked as a technical specialist at Halliburton, with a background in the oil and gas industry focused on well completion, and earlier managed operations at the coffee bar Kokko. She holds a master's degree in petroleum technology from the University of Stavanger and a bachelor's degree in petroleum and process technology from the University of Bergen.

Ingvild Meland is Chief Operating Officer at Nysnø Climate Investments and Board Member at Metizoft AS. She brings over 20 years of experience in the energy industry and finance sector, with expertise in energy markets, upstream negotiation, and international business. Meland holds a Master's degree in Economics from Norges Handelshøyskole and serves as Honorary Consul of Finland.

He previously worked on carbon accounting as a consultant at EY, joined the startup Velcan Energy where he developed expertise in biomass and hydropower energy production in India, and later led a Norwegian startup building off-grid energy solutions using solar, wind, and batteries. He joined Nysnø in 2018, where he focuses on direct investments in technically demanding projects tied to energy and innovative industrial processes.
