Investment thesis
NovaCapital positions itself as a long-term holding company run by entrepreneurs and managers, backing exceptional founders pursuing '10x innovations' — ideas ten times better than what exists. It builds relationships on trust and shared ethical, professional values, prioritizing people and ideas. The firm invests across sectors it considers most innovative and sustainable: bio-, green-, health-, fin- and deep-tech, new space and smart urban development, across Europe and the USA. It supports startups from seed to IPO like a venture capital fund but with the long-term view of a group with 90 years of innovation history, and backs established companies with growth capital and industrial planning like private equity but without time constraints.
