Scott Barrington is Co-CEO of North Sky Capital, where he oversees firm management and strategy, participates in sourcing and executing investments as a member of the Investment Committee, and leads the firm's ESG Committee. He previously led the private equity team at Piper Jaffray Private Capital (2000–2010), practiced as an attorney in the emerging companies group at Dorsey & Whitney, and worked as an M&A analyst at Citigroup. He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics from Macalester College and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.

Adam Bernstein is a Managing Director at North Sky Capital, working on the Sustainable Infrastructure strategy where he sources, analyzes, executes and monitors investments. He previously spent over a decade as a managing partner at New Energy Capital (a North Sky subadvisor), executing transactions in the electricity, biofuels and infrastructure sectors, and earlier worked as a senior financial analyst at FPL Energy (now NextEra Energy) as well as at J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs and GE Capital. He is a CFA Charterholder with a bachelor's degree from Emory University and an MBA from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business.

Gretchen Postula is Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at North Sky Capital, where she also serves as Chief Compliance Officer and is part of the senior management team involved in strategic planning, fund development, and staffing. She previously worked in investor relations at Piper Jaffray Private Capital, in marketing and planning at the PGA Tour, and was an early employee of Softspikes, Inc. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Ferris State University.

Tom Jorgensen is a Managing Director at North Sky Capital, where he handles sourcing, analysis, execution and monitoring of the firm's secondary investments and supports its Impact Secondaries strategy through fund development, marketing and market research. He spent the prior decade at North Sky in roles including Principal, Vice President, Senior Associate, Associate and Analyst, and earlier worked as a private capital analyst at Piper Jaffray. He holds a bachelor's degree in financial economics from Gustavus Adolphus College.

Patrick Kay is a Principal at North Sky Capital, where he sources, evaluates, and executes investments for the firm's sustainable infrastructure strategy and monitors existing holdings. His prior roles include Senior Director at BlueWave Solar, Director at SunEdison, Vice President at Tenaska Capital Management, and Director of Florida Operations at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, along with consulting work at Navigant Consulting. He holds a bachelor's degree in environmental engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Lucy Fan is a Principal at North Sky Capital, where she sources, evaluates, and executes investments for the firm's sustainable infrastructure strategy, focusing on environmental infrastructure and energy storage projects. She previously served as Director of Commercial Operations and Transactions at Peak Power, a Senior Associate at New Energy Capital, and an Associate at Charles River Associates. She holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Energy Studies from MIT.

Angela (Angie) Wood is Chief Financial Officer at North Sky Capital, where she oversees financial reporting for the firm's investment funds and financial operations and participates in the senior management team's strategic planning and staffing decisions. She previously served as CFO and Chief Compliance Officer at Sawtooth Solutions, VP of Finance and Administration and Chief Compliance Officer at Mill City Capital, and Senior Tax Manager at Baker Tilly US, LLP. She holds a bachelor of accounting and a bachelor of science in mathematics and statistics from the University of Minnesota Duluth and is a CPA (inactive).

Anthony Doan is an Analyst at North Sky Capital, where he evaluates potential investments, monitors existing holdings, and researches industry data for the firm's sustainable infrastructure strategy. He previously worked as a Finance Analyst at BlocPower and as a Business Analyst Intern at Agero + Swoop. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College.

Brad Fox is a Vice President at North Sky Capital, where he supports the firm's investment and reporting activities, including evaluating potential investments, monitoring current holdings, and conducting industry research. He has held several roles at the firm, advancing from analyst to associate to senior associate. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a certificate in environmental studies.

Dale Freudenberger is an Operating Partner on North Sky Capital's sustainable infrastructure team, with over 15 years of experience in renewable power development and operations. He co-founded FLS Energy in Asheville, North Carolina, serving as its first President and later CEO, growing the company to more than $350mm in revenue before its assets were sold to sPower in 2015 and the company was acquired by Cypress Creek Renewables in 2016. Earlier in his career he owned Scottsdale Construction Company for 12 years and worked as Controller/Staff Accountant at Crest Enterprises Ltd; he holds a degree in accounting/business administration from Nasson College.

Jay Cruz is a Controller at North Sky Capital, where he supports financial operations including cash management, partnership accounting, and audit management. He previously worked as a Tax Manager at Okabena Company and at Baker Tilly US, LLP, handling tax accounting and compliance for a range of entities. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa – Cedar Falls and is a CPA.

Jessica (Jess) Ingram is a senior advisor to North Sky's investment teams with more than 15 years of experience in renewable power development and the solar industry. She is currently Chief Operating Officer at Paddle Energy, a North Sky affiliate, and previously held development leadership roles at Cypress Creek Renewables and FLS Energy. She holds an undergraduate degree from William Smith College and an MBA from Babson's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.

Julie Lewis is the Operations Coordinator at North Sky Capital, where she works as office manager and executive assistant supporting the management team across administrative, IT, facilities, marketing, and compliance functions. She previously held several roles at Piper Jaffray, including executive assistant to Investment Banking leadership, operations coordinator, and administrative manager. Earlier she worked at TREND Enterprises, Inc. as assistant to the President and CFO and to the Human Resources Director.

Rachael Polson is Director of Impact Reporting & Communications at North Sky Capital, where she supports the firm's leaders on business development, marketing, and fundraising. She previously worked as a Business Development Associate at Hunter Street Partners and held earlier North Sky roles in investor relations, compliance, and executive support. She holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Stefan den Doelder is Senior Advisor for Europe at North Sky Capital, where he works on sourcing, analyzing, executing and monitoring secondary investments and supports the firm's fund development and market research in Europe. He was previously a Partner at Stafford Capital Partners managing sustainable and impact private equity, and held Investment Director and Investment Manager roles at Robeco Private Equity working on its Clean Tech PE funds. He founded 3P Capital Advisors, a placement agent firm for sustainability-focused GPs and LPs, and co-founded several sustainability consulting firms; he holds a Master's in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Derek Z. Li serves as Senior Advisor Europe at North Sky Capital, where he handles secondary deal sourcing and fundraising activities in Europe. He has worked as an investor in sustainable and impact private equity for approximately two decades and is a board member and investor at GlassPoint, a company focused on solar industrial heat solutions. He also advises several sustainable and impact-focused private equity fund managers on strategy and market development in Europe.
