Japan Finance Corporation is a government policy-based financial institution providing financing to businesses across Japan. It operates through three coordinated divisions — national life (micro and small enterprises), small and medium enterprise, and agriculture, forestry and fisheries — offering a broad range of loan services. As a public institution, its mission is to complement private-sector finance and support economic activity through lending rather than equity investment.
