Founder and Managing Partner of EnerTech Capital with 25 years of venture investing in traditional and advanced energy sectors, focusing on software companies improving energy supply, delivery, and usage. Before founding EnerTech in 1996, he spent 16 years at Atlantic Energy (now part of Exelon), serving as President & COO of its non-regulated competitive energy enterprises.

Dean Sciorillo has over 30 years of experience investing in and scaling energy and mobility technology companies, focusing on electrification, grid optimization, sustainable solutions, and commercial fleet innovation. He joined EnerTech Capital in 2004 and previously spent 15 years at Exelon in corporate venture capital, strategy, and finance roles.

Gian Vergnetti joined EnerTech in 2013 and is based in the firm's Philadelphia office, focusing on software, mobility, digitalization, and cybersecurity. He previously was a Fulbright Scholar at Masdar in Abu Dhabi and worked at Merrill Lynch's Alternative Investments Group in New York.

Jarett Carson has around 16 years of experience investing in and advising on energy and energy technology companies, with over 22 years combined including engineering roles. Before EnerTech, he was a Partner at Sound Energy Partners, Director of Energy Technology Research at RBC Capital Markets, and earlier held engineering and project management positions at Mobil Oil and Chevron. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School.

Wally Hunter leads EnerTech's Canadian operations from Toronto and has over 25 years of experience investing in energy technology across a 35-year finance career. Before EnerTech he was a Managing Director at RBC Capital Partners running its venture capital fund, and he sits on the boards of portfolio companies Powerside and Aperia Technologies.

Angie Fischer has held finance and leadership roles across several organizations. She previously served as Director of the Office of the Chairman for the Corporex Family of Companies, VP of Business Administration at a pharmaceutical company, and CFO of Blue Chip Venture Company in Cincinnati, where she managed over $120 million in later-stage venture capital funds. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Franklin College of Indiana and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University.

Chris Thibodeau has nearly 40 years of experience in the automotive industry, focused on digital mapping and automotive technology. He most recently was President & CEO of Dynamic Map Platform North America (formerly Ushr Inc.), a high-definition mapping company for ADAS and autonomous driving that was originally spun out of GeoDigital International and acquired by Japan's Dynamic Map Platform in 2019. He previously held leadership roles at Harman International, General Motors, Ford Motor Company, and Visteon, and holds five U.S. patents.

Hanif Joshaghani is CEO of Symend, a customer engagement company that applies behavioral science and artificial intelligence to prompt customer actions such as paying bills and renewing services, which he has spent over seven years building and scaling in partnership with telecommunications and financial services firms. He was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 Prairie Region and to Avenue Calgary's Top 40 Under 40, and he is an active mentor and angel investor in the Canadian technology ecosystem. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Jessica Ungerer is EnerTech Capital's Finance & Digital Media Specialist, supporting the firm's accounting and marketing efforts. She joined EnerTech as an accounting intern in 2015 and moved into her current role in December 2017. She studied at Florida Atlantic University, double majoring in Marketing and Management, and also runs her own business as a certified health coach.

Jon Morrison is CEO of J&M Strategic Insights LLC, where he provides strategic, consulting, and advisory services to C-level executives at technology startups and venture companies, including on partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at PLUS.ai, an autonomous driving software company, and has more than 40 years of experience in the automotive and commercial vehicle industries, including work in Europe and Australia. He holds a bachelor's degree in general management from Purdue University and an MBA from Bowling Green State University.

Lyndsy Chisholm joined EnerTech Capital in 2012 as an Executive Assistant in the firm's Toronto office, working with Managing Director Wally Hunter and managing the Canadian offices. In 2018 she became Investor Relations & Marketing Specialist, working with the firm's Limited and Strategic Partners and handling marketing. She previously worked as a Brand Representative at outdoor retailer Woolrich, and holds an honors degree in Psychology from York University.

Michelle Murcia is a finance and investment professional with more than 30 years of experience across finance, accounting, administration, and investing in public, private, and nonprofit organizations. Since 2013 she has worked as a contract CFO to early-stage startups and as a Venture Partner supporting Series B, C, and later-stage venture transactions through due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio reporting. Her prior roles include investment positions at West Capital, TechColumbus (now Rev1), Fletcher Spaght Ventures, and Battelle Memorial Institute, as well as shareholder relations at Maxwell Technologies and launch leadership of Ohio Advanced Energy Economy.

Nagar Rahmani is a Special Advisor at EnerTech Capital, where she works on corporate strategic partnerships, platform development, and sourcing new investments across the firm's funds. She has 15 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, and ecosystem development, having previously been a Partner at Maverix Private Equity and co-led the Kensington Venture Funds, where she invested in venture funds and early-stage technology companies across North America and held board positions with several Canadian technology companies.

Dr. Ryan Quint is the Founder and CEO of Elevate Energy Consulting, where he oversees strategy and project execution and builds teams focused on grid challenges during the energy transition. Before founding Elevate, he spent nearly nine years at the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), most recently as Director of Engineering and Security Integration, leading initiatives on grid reliability risks tied to inverter-based resources, distributed energy resources, and security integration. He previously worked at Dominion Virginia Power and the Bonneville Power Administration, holds a PhD from Virginia Tech, and is a registered professional engineer.

Susan Seilheimer Brennan is a leader focused on the energy transition and traditional manufacturing, with a background in lean manufacturing and supply chain. She has held executive roles including CEO of 5E Advanced Materials, CEO of Romeo Power, COO of Bloom Energy, and Manufacturing General Manager positions at Nissan and Ford Motor Company, working across mining, chemicals, battery, automotive, and energy sectors. She holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska–Omaha and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Illinois–Champaign-Urbana.

Terry Bishop is an entrepreneur who has founded and led technology companies serving the automotive, IoT, medical, consumer, and industrial markets. He founded Trilogy in 1990 as a manufacturer's representative firm for electronics technology leaders, and founded Trilogy Electronics, an electronic manufacturing services company acquired by Jabil in 2007. He also founded BGM Electronic Services, acquired by the Berkshire Hathaway TTI family of companies in 2022, and studied at Western Michigan University and Harvard Business School Executive Education Program.

Todd Janke has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive and mobility industry. Before joining EnerTech, he was Vice President of Innovation and Cost Management at Adient, where he built the company's cost reduction and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) program. He previously spent five years at Flex in roles including Senior Director of Autonomous Driving Strategy and over 20 years at TRW Automotive, and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Valparaiso University and an MBA from Indiana University South Bend.

Associate at EnerTech Capital focusing on energy, mobility, and advanced manufacturing investments, handling sourcing, evaluation, and post-investment support as well as value-add initiatives. Previously a Research Assistant at Blackstone Energy Services; holds a Master's in Economics and a B.Com in Finance & Economics from the University of Toronto and has passed CFA Level II.

Terry Chuah is the Founder of TheCareerLifeCycle and serves on the Global Advisory Council at Emerald Technology Ventures and the Strategic Advisory Board at EnerTech Capital. He advises investor clients and Boards of Directors on CEO and C-level appointments, conducts CEO and leadership assessments, and provides leadership coaching to executives. His background includes 20 years of executive search experience at three top-tier global search firms across North America, Asia, Australia, and Europe in multiple industry verticals.
