Dean Sciorillo has over 30 years of experience investing in and scaling energy and mobility technology companies, focusing on electrification, grid optimization, sustainable solutions, and commercial fleet innovation. He joined EnerTech Capital in 2004 and previously spent 15 years at Exelon in corporate venture capital, strategy, and finance roles.

Gian Vergnetti joined EnerTech in 2013 and is based in the firm's Philadelphia office, focusing on software, mobility, digitalization, and cybersecurity. He previously was a Fulbright Scholar at Masdar in Abu Dhabi and worked at Merrill Lynch's Alternative Investments Group in New York.

Jarett Carson has around 16 years of experience investing in and advising on energy and energy technology companies, with over 22 years combined including engineering roles. Before EnerTech, he was a Partner at Sound Energy Partners, Director of Energy Technology Research at RBC Capital Markets, and earlier held engineering and project management positions at Mobil Oil and Chevron. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School.

Wally Hunter leads EnerTech's Canadian operations from Toronto and has over 25 years of experience investing in energy technology across a 35-year finance career. Before EnerTech he was a Managing Director at RBC Capital Partners running its venture capital fund, and he sits on the boards of portfolio companies Powerside and Aperia Technologies.

Chris Thibodeau is CEO and Founder of Automotive Electrical Consultants. He previously served as President and CEO of Dynamic Map Platform - North America, formerly Ushr, Inc., from which he has retired. His background includes executive management of automotive electrical and electronics product design and development, spanning areas such as 12V energy management, wireless charging, audio/infotainment, telematics, chassis electronics, active and passive safety, electrical architectures, and human-machine interface systems, along with profit-and-loss and operations responsibilities.

Hanif Joshaghani is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Symend Inc, a fintech company that applies behavioral science and data-driven insights to help customers resolve past-due bills. Over more than seven years with the company, he has raised over $100 million in funding and established partnerships with telecommunications and financial services firms, and Symend has appeared on Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 and Fast 500 lists. He was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 for the Prairie Region and to Avenue Calgary's Top 40 Under 40, and he serves on the boards of the Opportunity Calgary Investment Fund and the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation.

Jessica Ungerer is the co-founder of Aurora Communications and has nearly a decade of experience in marketing. Her work includes website development, brand definition, and event production.

Jon Morrison is an Executive in Residence at EnerTech Capital and serves as a board member and strategic advisor. His background includes roles as a corporate officer, regional president, and advisor to CEOs and leadership teams, with experience in strategy development, finance, P&L management, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and organizational transformation. He has worked in automotive and industrial markets, covering technologies such as autonomous driving, electronic vehicle control, advanced driver assistance systems, vehicle telematics, and AI software.

Ryan Quint is President and CEO of Elevate Energy Consulting. He works in the electricity sector with a focus on power system reliability, regulations, renewable energy resources, inverter technology, distributed energy resources, and grid resilience, and has led initiatives involving teams of technical experts.

Susan Brennan is Executive in Residence at EnerTech Capital, with a career spanning manufacturing operations in automotive, clean energy, and advanced materials. She previously led large-scale automotive manufacturing operations and served at Bloom Energy, where she contributed to the company's scaling to profitability and its IPO. She is involved with C200, the International Women's Forum, and the Southern Automotive Women's Forum, focusing on the advancement of women in leadership and technology.

Todd Janke is an automotive executive with over 35 years of experience in enterprise transformation, profitability, and global growth. He serves as Executive in Residence at EnerTech Capital, President of Summit Business Solutions, and Vice President at Collaborative Supply Chains. His work centers on engineering-led innovation, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence, using methods such as benchmarking, VAVE, cost modeling, and value-chain analysis.

Associate at EnerTech Capital focusing on energy, mobility, and advanced manufacturing investments, handling sourcing, evaluation, and post-investment support as well as value-add initiatives. Previously a Research Assistant at Blackstone Energy Services; holds a Master's in Economics and a B.Com in Finance & Economics from the University of Toronto and has passed CFA Level II.
