Andy Lim is co-founder and non-executive chairman of Tembusu Partners, a private equity firm, and non-executive chairman of MoneyWorld Group, a foreign exchange company with operations across China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. His career includes eight years in the Singapore government, an engineering degree from Cambridge University, and an MBA from UCLA, along with prior board positions at Alpha Singapore, ISCOS, and the National Council for Anti-Drug Abuse. He launched a K-pop academy in Singapore in partnership with SM Entertainment in 2025.

Tharani Prakash is CEO and Founder of Impact Dynamix, where she advises investors, corporates, and startups on decarbonization, nature-based solutions, circular economy, and supply chain sustainability. She brings over 20 years of leadership experience in management and technical consulting, program delivery, and process excellence across sustainability and information technology sectors, with prior roles leading digital transformations for major corporations. Her work spans Southeast Asia, India, and Europe across industries including agri-food, packaging, waste management, automotive, and financial services.

Hock Yun Khoong is Vice Chairman of Tembusu Partners and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Moringa Ventures Deep Tech Fund, with over 30 years of senior management experience across public and private sector organizations. Previously, he served as Chief Digital Evangelist and Assistant Chief Executive Officer (Development) at Singapore's Infocomm Media Development Authority, where he oversaw ICT development initiatives including the nationwide broadband network program, Wireless@SG, and the Technology Skills Accelerator manpower initiative. He holds graduate degrees in Engineering and Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and attended Harvard Business School.

Jen Loong leads go-to-market strategy and institutional business development across Asia-Pacific, with over eight years in venture capital and roles spanning investor relations, market entry, and cross-functional operations. Her background includes leading investor relations at Alpha JWC Ventures, directing China market entry for Lululemon, and founding a startup, with experience across multiple industries and markets including Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and Indonesia. She holds a Master's degree in psychology and is multilingual.
