An investment banking and operations executive who started at Lehman Brothers working on semiconductor and tech deals, then became Head of Investments at Mediatek, one of the world's largest fabless semiconductor companies. He co-founded Health2Sync in 2013, building Asia's largest diabetes disease management platform ex-China with backing from Sompo and Alibaba. He co-founded Verge HealthTech with Joseph Mocanu in 2018 and brings operational knowledge from his early digital health experience.

A scientist with a PhD from the University of Toronto who developed cancer therapies before co-founding a medical device startup. He gained venture capital experience at DM Capital in Shenzhen and Oliver Wyman's health and life sciences practice, where he worked on healthcare investment strategies across 20+ markets. He began angel investing in healthtech in 2014, building a portfolio of nine companies, and co-founded Verge HealthTech in 2018 to focus on seed-stage healthcare technology addressing global problems.

A healthcare professional with over two decades of involvement in healthcare and life sciences starting from 1999 as CEO of Quattromed, a laboratory company he grew from a University of Tartu spin-off to a regional leader with 200+ employees before its 2013 acquisition by Synlab. Since 2013, he has invested prolifically in both seed-stage healthtech and later-stage healthcare deals. He is a founder of the Health Economy Association and Health Founders accelerator, and has held various executive and governance roles in Estonian and Latvian healthcare organizations.

A healthtech investor with extensive institutional and professional investing experience. She previously served as Managing Director at Prudential Corporation Asia managing strategic investments in early-stage healthtech startups, and was Global Head of Financial Institutions Group at Anbang Capital. Before transitioning to investing, she worked over a decade in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and Barclays, executing more than USD 30 billion in capital markets and advisory transactions. She holds a Master's in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Computer Science degree from SUNY Stony Brook.

An investment professional with experience in early-stage healthtech startups and biotech. He worked as Chief of Staff at Lifetrack Medical Systems supporting corporate strategy and special projects. Prior to that, he worked with the World Health Organization in Geneva developing strategies for non-communicable disease prevention with private and public sector stakeholders. He holds a joint MSc/BSc degree with First-Class Honors in Biotechnology from the University of Manchester and has technical and operational experience in molecular diagnostics and pre-clinical cancer research.

A veteran of Apple's Product Design department who worked as an Engineering Project Manager on major initiatives from the MacBook Air to the first aluminum unibody MacBook Pro. She transitioned to the startup world co-founding a tech startup with former Apple colleagues, then founding an e-commerce startup, before becoming an angel investor. She brings expertise in operations and international business development to support portfolio companies, particularly in supply chain sourcing.

A biomedical engineering professional who joined Verge in 2024 with venture capital and healthtech operational experience. He holds a First-Class Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from King's College London with a dissertation on AI applications in healthcare. He has conducted due diligence at a leading VC fund and worked at a pre-Series A healthtech startup on B2B2C business development, bringing both clinical exposure in radiology and technical expertise to evaluate healthtech opportunities.

An early-stage healthtech investment professional who joined Verge in 2025 from DvH Ventures where she evaluated European healthtech startups. She holds a Master's degree in Sensor Technology from the University of Cambridge and a First-Class Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from University College London, where she conducted computational neuroscience research and developed novel optoelectronic sensors with published peer-reviewed papers.

A finance and operations professional who joined Verge in 2023 with over seven years of managerial experience in marketing, business operations and finance. She previously led lifecycle and sales operations at Sendle and drove content and product marketing strategies at tech companies including Pivo and Lifetrack Medical Systems. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines, Diliman and is a Certified Public Accountant.
