Damian Tan joined Vickers in 2005 as a Venture Partner and has served as a Managing Director and Investment Committee member since 2014. He has more than 30 years of IT experience at companies including Hewlett Packard, Digital, Far East Computers, Olivetti, Oracle and Apple, along with project management work on large technology projects across Asia-Pacific, Europe and the U.S. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from California Intercontinental University, a Master of Science from Middlesex University, and a professional degree from the British Computer Society.

Finian Tan founded Vickers Venture Partners in 2005 alongside four partners. He was previously a Managing Director at Draper Fisher Jurvetson and founding partner of its Asia Pacific operations, where he led the investment into Baidu and remained its largest backer through its IPO. Earlier, he served as Deputy Secretary of Trade and Industry for the Singapore Government, chaired the TIF fund, and ran Goldman Sachs's Asian trading arm; he holds a PhD and MPhil in Engineering from Cambridge University and a BSc in Engineering from the University of Glasgow.

Jeffrey Chi joined Vickers in 2005, serves on its Investment Committee, and moved into a Senior Consultant role in 2025. Before Vickers he was an Executive Director and Corporate Finance Specialist at Pegasus Capital and a Senior Consultant at the Monitor Group, with earlier operational experience leading an engineering and construction group across Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Indonesia. He holds a First Class Honors in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a Ph.D. from MIT, is a CFA charterholder, and chaired the Singapore Venture Capital Association from 2013 to 2017.

Elkhalil Binebine joined Vickers in 2005 and served on the firm's Investment Committee until 2018, after which he continued as a senior consultant helping source deals through his global network. Before Vickers, he represented investment funds including Carlyle, Central Partners and Castle Harbor. He previously practiced medicine as an M.D. in New York and was the personal physician of Malcolm Forbes.

Linda Li joined Vickers Venture Partners in 2005 and served on the Investment Committee until 2022, focusing on investments in China across health tech and med tech. Before Vickers, she was a Statistical Modelling Research Associate at Singapore's National Institute of Education, conducting statistical analysis for the Ministry of Education. She graduated from the School of Government at Beijing University, holds a Master's from the National University of Singapore and a dual BA in German, and is a CFA charterholder.

Naveen Pralhad Deshpande is the co-founder and Client Partner at entomo, an enterprise platform applying augmented analytics and AI across the performance value chain. He has extensive experience in software business development and strategy, with an emphasis on business intelligence and analytics, and has supported entomo's partnership development and client acquisition.

Raveederen Ramamoothie is the Group CEO and founder of entomo, a performance management software company serving over 30 million users and enterprises across the USA, Europe, Japan, APAC, and India. An entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience, he has led performance improvement programs for multinationals and governments, with a focus on making analytics accessible across organizations.

Jessica Guérin-Haué is Directrice de projet Innovation for La Poste Ventures, operated by XAnge, where she identifies, evaluates, and supports startups in sectors including augmented logistics, mobility, ecological transition, health, and digital technology. She has more than ten years of experience in innovation and previously worked in human resources.

Kei Onishi is Chairman of Yamaha Motor Ventures and Chief General Manager of the Corporate Strategy Center at Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. He previously served as CEO and Managing Director of YMV, and remains on its Board of Directors and Investment Committee. Earlier in his career he led the group's digital transformation efforts in digital marketing and data analytics, began as a manufacturing engineer in Southeast Asia, and holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Nagoya University and an MBA from MIT.

Laetitia Chia works in finance, compliance and legal, and investor relations reporting at Qualgro, supporting investment documentation and portfolio management. Before Qualgro, she worked at a hedge fund and several private banking institutions. She is completing a Bachelor of Business at Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

Poh Hui Chia joined Vickers Venture Partners in 2018 and helped establish the firm's Silicon Valley office, where she works on deal sourcing, evaluating investments, and supporting portfolio companies with a focus on biotechnology and healthcare. Before Vickers, she was a scientist at the Institute of Medical Biology (IMB) within Singapore's Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR), researching inherited genetic diseases. She holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Stanford University, and her research has appeared in journals including Nature and Cell.

Dr. Scott Robinson joined Vickers in 2021 and founded MicroQuin, a biotechnology company working on treatments for oncology, anti-infectives and neurodegenerative diseases. He has experience defining drug development roadmaps with the FDA and EMA and continues to work with NASA on experiments aboard the international space station, as well as collaborating with Harvard University, Imperial College London and the University of Bristol. He previously worked as a protein biochemist at GlaxoSmithKline and in quantitative risk management at investment banks including Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and Nomura.

Joel Shen joined Vickers as a Venture Principal in 2017 and works as a corporate lawyer. He is on secondment as foreign counsel to Christian Teo & Partners, the Indonesian associated office of Stephenson Harwood, where he heads the Technology and Growth Capital Practice Group. He is qualified as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore, a solicitor in the UK, and a foreign registered lawyer in Indonesia, and previously spent over a decade in private legal practice at Singapore and English law firms. He also teaches at the Singapore Institute of Legal Education, the University of Indonesia, and Universitas Pelita Harapan.

Wei Luo joined Vickers in 2016, working with the Chairman on corporate strategy, deal sourcing, and portfolio company support. Before Vickers, he was at McKinsey & Company in London and Singapore developing service lines in banking strategy and fintech innovation across Europe and Asia, and earlier held research, consulting, and business development roles at Morningstar. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Ben McCloskey is a Director at Vickers Venture Partners, where he works with founders in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors and has served as a board director and observer for several biotech companies. Prior to entering venture capital, he worked as a scientist, with research on brain development and genetic disorders published in journals including Nature and Cell.

Harsh Chheda is Assistant Vice President Finance at Sixth Sense Ventures. He previously worked at Xander Group as a Finance Manager, handling financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, risk management, and regulatory and tax compliance, and began his career at Deloitte working on statutory audits, tax audits, and group reporting for listed global firms. He is a Chartered Accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.

Vadim Shpak is a Venture Partner at Vickers Venture Partners. He joined the firm in 2016 as Managing Director and stepped down from his full-time role in 2024. His work involved contributing to investment selection and recommendations, portfolio monitoring, managing relationships with portfolio companies, and maintaining relationships with institutional and individual investors regarding the firm's funds.

Kar Hoe Lum joined Vickers Venture Partners in 2021, where he oversees finance, operations, and administration for the firm's managed entities and funds. He previously worked as a Senior Manager at PwC Malaysia within its Asset and Wealth Management practice, leading audits of private equity firms and asset managers and serving fintech clients including digital banks, e-wallets, and robo-advisors. He is a CFA Charterholder, holds a Bachelor of Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and is a fellow of the ACCA and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Sean Khua joined Vickers Venture Partners in 2022 and manages the legal aspects of the firm's investments and operations, including drafting and negotiating fund, investment and operational documents. He previously worked as a corporate lawyer at Drew & Napier LLC in Singapore for more than five years, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and venture capital investments. He earned a law degree with First Class Honours from the University of Nottingham, holds a diploma in Aerospace Technology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and has a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.
