Investment thesis
Norrlandsfonden is northern Sweden's leading provider of top-tier (subordinated) loan financing, supporting the development of growth companies across the region. It lends over 300 million SEK each year toward new establishment, development and expansion within the Norrland business community, placing particular emphasis on companies located in the inland areas, those run by women, and those with sustainability ambitions. Since its founding in 1961 it has lent close to 10 billion SEK, which in turn has contributed to investments totaling 34 billion SEK. Its mission is to help the region grow and foster optimism and success in northern Sweden.
