Investment thesis
InnoEnergy invests in early-stage clean tech companies while also developing the current and future workforce, aiming to build resilient clean tech value chains that drive sustainable economic growth. Initiated in 2010 by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), it leverages a trusted innovation ecosystem of over 1400 partners spanning industry, finance, research, and academia across 21 EU countries and the United States. Its focus spans the entire energy value chain, including batteries, hydrogen, wave and heat energy, storage, and industrial scale-ups driving Europe's energy transition, seeking to scale the energy transition at speed.
