3B Future Health Fund backs early-stage and clinical-development-stage healthcare companies with potential first-in-class assets, revolutionary science, experienced management and strong investor syndicates. It concentrates entirely on healthcare, prioritizing oncology and rare diseases with high unmet patient need, and is drug-modality agnostic. Initial investments are typically made at Series A, though sometimes earlier. The 10-year fund plans a diversified portfolio of 10-15 companies, investing up to $12 million per company, seeking board positions and reserving capital for follow-on rounds. Holdings are expected to last five to eight years, or less if value-inflection exits arise. Targets are based in the US, Europe and Israel.
