Bianca van Dulmen studied chemistry before moving into IT, and has more than 25 years of experience in complex B2B software sales and commercial leadership. At Salesforce.com she helped scale the MuleSoft business across Northern and Southern Europe in enterprise environments. As a venture partner at FORWARD.one, she works with founders on go-to-market strategy, professionalizing sales and marketing teams, and building repeatable revenue engines, with growing interest in hardware-driven and deep technology innovation.

Coen Bos is a Venture Partner at FORWARD.one, which he joined in 2023, and has over 35 years of experience in IT across consulting, sales, and general management. He began his career at Exact Software before moving to Oracle, and later held senior roles at EMC (Country Manager), SAP (Chief Commercial Officer), and Snowflake, where he led the BeNeLux and Nordics regions. He currently serves as CEO of Helin and advises portfolio companies, focusing on go-to-market strategy and general management.

Frederik Gerner is a deeptech entrepreneur and venture builder who co-founded Ampelmann, an offshore high-tech service provider that he helped scale into a global business before its exit to private equity. He later moved into venture capital, helping build FORWARD.one and co-founding E4E Africa, where he is a Partner. As a Venture Partner at FORWARD.one, he supports founders in building and scaling deeptech companies, with an emphasis on early commercial and business development.

Marc de Jong serves on the supervisory board of ASMI (AMS: ASM). He previously held CEO roles at LM Wind Power and NXP.

Tim Heijwegen is an entrepreneur and former CEO with a background in advanced technology and manufacturing. He spent 15 years as co-owner of Hittech Group, a high-tech equipment contract manufacturer and system supplier serving OEMs in semiconductors, medical, robotics, and automation, which grew to nine companies across Europe and Asia with €200 million in revenue and 750 employees before its 2025 sale to Apheon. At FORWARD.one he works with deeptech and advanced manufacturing companies on manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, and organizational scaling.

Jim Jansen is founder and CEO of Brownstone and a venture partner at Antler. Previously, he spent 13 years at Google leading commercial operations across the US and held roles at Unilever. He has demonstrated experience scaling businesses across consumer packaged goods, technology, and retail media sectors, with a track record of revenue growth from €20M to €500M+, and has advised venture and private equity-backed companies through multiple acquisitions. Jansen is a guest lecturer at Rotterdam School of Management and recipient of the 2017 Michael P. Beier Award.

Marcel Stolk leverages his Logitech Group Management leadership—where he scaled consumer hardware to millions—and senior business partner/shareholder ties to Cherry SE, bringing deep operational expertise in hardware and peripherals.

Bibi van den Berg is an investor at FORWARD.one with a background in Mechanical Engineering and Sustainable Energy Technologies. Before venture, she worked with student founders in a program that helped early teams build businesses, and completed an internship on bidirectional charging where she developed a charging algorithm and analyzed its technical feasibility, financial viability, and regulatory requirements. She focuses on hardware and engineering-led deeptech, including areas such as energy, grid congestion, sensing, and robotics.

Merel Kok works in finance and compliance at FORWARD.one, handling fund administration and transaction oversight. Prior to the firm, she worked at MUFG on transaction monitoring, AML, and sanctions compliance, and earlier held an administrative role during her studies covering bookkeeping and financial operations.

Pablo Matarredona Valor works with FORWARD.one to identify and support quantum and semiconductor founders commercializing advanced research. He was previously a Strategic Marketing Analyst at Pasqal working on quantum computing commercialization, interned in Corporate Strategy at Applied Materials, and began his career at Incotec in technology transfer, helping R&D labs and spin-offs commercialize their technologies and IP. Born in Spain, he is based in the Netherlands and focuses on European deeptech.

Polina Kuzheleva works in Investor Relations at FORWARD.one, where she focuses on LP communication and translating fund dynamics into accessible narratives for investors. She began her career at YES!Delft within YES!Talents, covering talent programs and investor relations, then advanced from Recruitment Consultant to Team Lead in a fast-scaling recruitment environment. Before FORWARD.one, she held a People & Culture role at climate tech scale-up AquaBattery.

Boy de Jonge is an investor at FORWARD.one, where he focuses on European deeptech founders building hardware companies rooted in physics and engineering. Before joining the firm, he was an investor at E4E Africa, backing early-stage ventures in South Africa.

John de Die is CFO of FORWARD.one, where he oversees the firm's financial and governance structures, including risk management, reporting, and compliance. His prior career includes CFO roles at Kempen & Co, Geveke, and Rodamco Europe, SVP Finance at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, and private equity experience at AAC Capital. He has also served on supervisory boards and committees for various institutional, charitable, and public organizations.

Julia Kuijs began her career in finance, working first at an investment banking scale-up and later at a market maker, where she gained experience in financial markets, risk, and data modelling. She also trained in Machine Learning, combining a finance background with technical expertise. At FORWARD.one she invests in the Future of Compute, robotics, and automation, backing founders building hardware and infrastructure, and she leads the firm's internal automation efforts.

Rembrandt Donkersloot is IP & Strategy Director at AlixLabs, focusing on deeptech. He operates a consultancy firm providing strategic advice to entrepreneurs and tech investors, drawing on background in physics, law, and investment.
