Joined Investinor in 2020 after 15 years with fund investments at Innovation Norway and prior experience at DNB Asset Management. MBA from University of Bath, Executive Corporate Finance studies from NHH, and BBA from Pacific Lutheran University and Institute for European Studies Vienna. Economics graduate from Norwegian School of Economics and Universität St.Gallen. Previously Manager at PwC in advisory, audit and transaction support. Joined Investinor in 2013, focusing on technology companies serving the energy sector with engagement in meeting future energy needs.

Economics education from Norwegian and international institutions including Belarussian State University, BI and Master of Technology Management from NTNU/MIT Sloan. Came to Investinor as investment director from Innovation Norway; previously investment manager at Energy Future Invest in renewable energy and environmental technology, and CFO at investment firm Centennial. Started at Investinor in 2009, focusing on portfolio companies and new investments in technology and aquaculture. Previously CFO of Norway Royal Salmon responsible for investments, finance and business development. Earlier manager at KPMG leading consulting engagements nationally and internationally; also worked as financial analyst covering technology and aquaculture at Oslo Stock Exchange. With Investinor since establishment in 2008, serving as CFO until end of 2024, then transitioning to investment director in 2025. Previously CFO at several major Norwegian companies including Fosen Trafikklag, Maxware, Nordic Semiconductor and Q-Free, with significant bank sector experience. HA from BI and MBA with finance specialization from Norwegian School of Economics; certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA). Lifelong team sports background shapes him as strong team player.

MSc in financial economics from NTNU and MFin from MIT. Previously worked in international asset management and equity analysis at NBIM with placement at UBS. Joined Investinor's investment team in 2017 after returning to Trondheim. Primarily focuses on healthcare portfolio.

MSc in Finance from Norwegian School of Economics with support profile from MBS England and UiA New Zealand. At Investinor since 2015, primarily focused on software and Deep Tech companies. Previously analyst and project manager at SpareBank1 and PwC.

Dual MSc from NHH and Ivey School of Business Canada. Hired in 2019 with prior experience in financial advisory at Deloitte and M&A at EVRY Group. Primarily focuses on portfolio companies and new technology investments with digital focus. Seeks to help these companies grow and expand internationally following M&A experience.

Fund manager for Investinor's Direct 4 Fund specializing in deep tech and healthcare investments. Joined in 2017, building extensive experience with growth equity investments in industrial growth companies and achieving strong results. Coordinates new investment opportunities and has led significant new investments and exits. Previously partner at Pareto investment bank managing alternative funds and auditor at Deloitte; economics graduate from BI.

Investment director responsible for pre-seed investments and co-investment fund for Northern Norway; also leads selection committee for Skagerak Maturo V AS. Joined Investinor in 2020 after serving as investment director for pre-seed fund at Innovation Norway. Extensive experience in early-stage capital ecosystem and broad national network; also worked on development, business modeling and business-focused design with solid project and team leadership background.

Economics graduate from Norwegian School of Economics with focus on economic analysis. Previously worked as auditor at PwC; currently researcher at NTNU. Joined Investinor in August 2020.

Extensive venture capital experience in healthcare and technology over 20 years, including investments, development, IPOs and exits of tech companies. Focuses on new investments and portfolio follow-up in healthcare, biotech/pharma, medical technology and digital health, with additional responsibility for semiconductor and Deep Tech companies.

Since 2014, has overseen state engagement in 14 seed funds managing approximately 4.3 billion NOK in assets, which have invested in over 200 companies since 2008. Brings six years audit and advisory experience, CFO roles in retail chains, and CFO position at Innovation Norway. Former CEO of Norway's first major daycare chain before its sale to CapMan in 2008.

Worked as lawyer providing business legal advice and dispute resolution; also three years as judge's clerk in district court. Engaged with law, development and innovation.

Master's in audit and accounting from Norwegian School of Economics with exchange at Corvinus University Budapest; certified Norwegian auditor. Experience from EY in Norway and USA in audit and fraud investigation, senior financial advisor at Norad on financing mechanisms and sustainability, and strategic advisor to Trondheim municipal director on climate and environment.

Over 15 years in communications with particular experience in political communication, government relations, media management and reputation building. Previously led communication and stakeholder work at Virke, YS and Econa; also worked in communications for Norwegian skiing federation.

Master's in Industrial Economics and Technology Management. Work experience includes summer roles at the Norwegian Government Pension Fund (NBIM) and investment bank SEB, plus learning from tech startup experience. Naturally drawn to technology-focused investments within the team.

Started at Investinor in 2025. Double bachelor's in data science and economics from Saint Michael's College Vermont; master's in finance from Imperial College London. Prior internships at leading asset management firms including DNB Asset Management, SpareBank1 Asset Management, Dodge & Cox and Hanson+Doremus. BSc from HiST and economics education from BI. 25 years CEO-level experience at global technology firm Siemens providing extensive international leadership, strategy and business development background. Joined Investinor in 2013, focusing on scale-up phase companies in digitalization, semiconductors and Deep Tech, bringing substantial international business and market expertise.

Nearly 20 years developing technology and software companies from early-stage startups to listed growth companies. Led small Norwegian software business to become leading Nordic SaaS player; extensive M&A and integration experience. Guided company through IPO and subsequent sale to foreign industrial owner. Master's in Building and Environmental Engineering from NTNU with board roles in tech/SaaS companies and commitment to developing profitable companies with global market potential.
