Investment thesis
LU Innovation is the innovation office of Lund University, part of the Research, Collaboration and Innovation (FSI) division. It offers joined-up support to researchers and students who wish to develop and commercialise research results and ideas, including help with funding innovation projects, intellectual property and legal questions. It works with projects ranging from student entrepreneurship and social innovation to deep-tech and life science. LU Innovation also funds early-stage innovation through vehicles such as the Sustainability Fund, and runs collaborative programmes with external partners including Innovation Office South, Swelife, ATMP Path2Patient, ReproUnion and Science for Society.
