Hannu Jungman is a Partner at Innovestor and serves as a Business Advisor at the University of Cambridge. A former technology founder and operator, he works in venture capital with a focus on early-stage startups in deep-tech, energy, climate, and the circular economy, concentrating on strategy and commercialization.

Janne Juhola is Managing Partner of the real estate business at Innovestor, focusing on value-add and core+ investments across offices, logistics, and light industrial assets in the Nordics and Europe. He has over 20 years of experience in senior management and client-facing roles spanning investment, asset management, development, and M&A, and also serves as a board member. Juhola holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School and an MBA from Hult International Business School.

Marko Kuisma is a Partner at Innovestor, where his focus areas include venture capital, real estate, and energy. He has founded companies, served as CEO of two organizations, and held more than ten board positions, with professional activity spanning Finland and the United Arab Emirates.

An award-winning growth advisor and serial entrepreneur, Matti is a partner focused on corporate venturing, with expertise in startup-corporate collaboration across energy, sustainable tech, and healthcare. He co-founded the Finnish startup growth program Kasvu Open and has advised over 100 growth programs across Europe, the USA, and China.

Milla Koistinaho is Director, Investor Relations at Innovestor, where she focuses on fundraising from family offices, institutional investors, and private clients across private equity, venture capital, real estate, and energy storage. She previously held private banking roles at Aktia and Taaleri, working in wealth planning, financing, and portfolio management, and earlier worked in investment advisory and client management at Nordea and FIM. Her earlier career included positions in sales, insurance, and client service.

A former tech CEO and operator turned VC, Piia was CEO and co-owner of Avanto Ventures and has overseen exits including Moi Mobile (acquired by DNA) and GetJenny (acquired by LeadDesk). She founded Loop and the Circular Economy Accelerator and served as chairman during Anton & Anton's transformation.

Asanti joined Innovestor in 2016 and founded Innovestor Real Estate in 2018, growing it into a real asset investor and manager operating across Finland with Finnish, Nordic and European private and institutional investors. He previously worked at Sponda, Kone, White & Case, the United Nations and Finland's Ministry for Foreign Affairs, and holds law degrees from Columbia and the University of Turku plus an MBA from Hult.

Sara has around a decade of experience commercializing research-based innovations through spin-outs and licensing, particularly in biotech and molecular medicine. She holds a PhD from EMBL/University of Heidelberg and previously served as Head of Innovation at Helsinki Innovation Services and IPR Manager at VTT.

Petri Laine is a Partner at Innovestor, focusing on venture capital investment in the digital health, medical technology, and life sciences sectors. He has held commercial leadership roles at several companies, including Mobidiag, acquired by Hologic in 2021, and Kaiku Health, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer prior to its acquisition by Elekta in 2020. His experience spans strategic planning and commercial operations across the health technology and life science industries.

Aleksi Huhta is Director of Investor Relations at Innovestor, where he leads capital raising efforts across private equity, venture capital, real estate, and energy storage. He has held wealth management and investment advisory roles at Aktia, Taaleri, Nordea, and FIM, developing expertise in managing relationships with family offices, institutional investors, and high-net-worth clients. His background includes experience in private banking, portfolio management, and business development across the financial services sector.

Emilia Carlqvist is Investment Director at the Innovestor Life Science & Health Fund, where her work covers deal sourcing, investment analysis, and board roles at portfolio companies. She also serves as a Board Member of Finnish Bioindustries and is a certified board member. Her background includes commercializing science-based inventions through spin-outs and IP licensing, as well as patent protection, IPR portfolio management, and industrial collaborations.

A business executive with nearly 20 years of experience across corporations, startups, and venture capital in the Nordic financial sector, focused on strategic communications, investor relations, and fundraising. She is a member of Innovestor's management team.

Joined Innovestor in 2021, focusing on deal flow and supporting tech portfolio companies. Holds a Master's degree in Finance and has experience in due diligence and strategic evaluations, having previously worked in private equity growth investing, wealth management, and a contact-data startup.

A business executive with a financial background focused on brand-driven and creative industries, with over 10 years of finance experience across fashion, media, design, and spirits. She oversees Innovestor group's financial management and operational efficiency. Currently on parental leave.

A venture capital professional with about ten years of experience who holds several board seats and takes a hands-on approach to supporting portfolio companies.
