Investment thesis

Catapult Capital invests on the basis of a defined industry thesis, backing businesses it believes can deliver returns aligned with that view. Its partners are operators first, often stepping directly into executive roles to help portfolio teams execute. The firm pursues both equity and debt structures, focusing on late-stage opportunities and acquisitions with deal sizes of roughly $50M to $500M, typically blending financing across the capital stack. Operating a fundless model, it builds a bespoke special purpose vehicle around each deal, recruiting co-investors and an anchoring industry pioneer. It targets one-to-four-year liquidity horizons with a return objective of one additional multiple per year held.
