Based in Portugal, she has previously worked as a VC investor and as a startup founder and operator.

Anton Kramer is an Investment Manager at Investeringsfonds Groningen (IFG). He has experience in asset management across several categories, with a focus on emerging markets and venture capital, and specializes in pension fund investments and the Dutch Wet toekomst pensioenen. His work includes involvement in regional impact investments.

Carmen van Vilsteren is the owner of Imagion Consultancy and works as an angel investor and coach for female CEOs in the life sciences and health sectors. She is a fellow of the NAE, received the Fe+MaleTech Hero award in 2025, and previously served as chair of Topsector LSH. Her earlier roles include CEO of a university spinoff, R&D manager at a multinational company, and director at a university, along with advisory board and investment positions focused on female-led startups.

Floris Lyppens is Managing Director of Corporate Investments at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. He has 26 years of experience in strategic advisory, investment banking, and investing, focused on deep tech, clean energy, sustainability, and power and utilities. His work spans M&A, equity capital markets, structured debt, and climate-related investments in the US and Europe, including nine years based in New York and 17 in Amsterdam.

Stef Hinfelaar is a member of the Advisory Board at Vasco Consult and an active investor, with more than 25 years of experience in strategy, finance, and implementation. Having transitioned from marketing and sales into finance, he has held CFO roles at internationally listed corporates and scale-ups and has bought and sold companies as an entrepreneur. He holds master's degrees in Finance and Business Valuation, with areas of focus including business modeling and forecasting, organizational and process redesign, corporate governance, and working with private equity.
