Louise Villadsen is a Manager at The Footprint Firm with nine years of experience in consulting, policy development and delivery across the private and public sectors. Before joining the firm, she led the BEIS Implementation Unit, an in-house consultancy handling strategic projects including the establishment of a new Implementation & Delivery Directorate, and has worked on policy areas such as Net Zero, public health, adult skills and criminal justice reform. Based in Copenhagen and having previously worked in the UK and Australia, she holds a first class honours degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.

She serves on the firm's Board of Directors as an Employee Representative and is a certified Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) expert. Gillies has worked for five years advising organizations and early-stage startups on sustainability goals.

Frederik Søgaard Sørensen is a manager at The Footprint Firm, where he works on sustainability strategy, ESG due diligence, and early-stage impact investing through the firm's Article 9 venture fund, with a focus on sustainable energy start-ups. He has four years of management-consulting experience at Bain & Company and The Footprint Firm centered on energy-transition themes, and serves as a board observer at TetraxAI and an employee representative board member at The Footprint Firm Holding since 2025. He holds an M.Sc. in Advanced Economics & Finance and a B.Sc. in Business Administration & Project Management from Copenhagen Business School, and previously worked as a capital-markets analyst at Nasdaq and a teaching assistant at Copenhagen Business School.

Brings over 25 years of experience in technology company operations and venture capital financing. He joined AQC Capital in August 2021 and previously worked as a partner at BDR Capital, as well as at Investissement Québec and Groupe Lune Rouge. He is a CPA.
