Julian has served as Heliad Co-CEO since June 2022 after leading Bank of America's Continental Europe Structured Finance Division and establishing its European presence in Paris. He executed major European structured finance transactions and brings expertise in advising and raising alternative capital with institutional partners.

Christopher brings deep corporate finance and M&A expertise from key roles at Berenberg, Morgan Stanley, and Raymond James. He provides operational and strategic guidance to founders on identifying optimal growth opportunities and structuring IPO processes.

Ibrahim heads Heliad's dedicated GovTech investment strategy. He previously led the GovTech division at PwC, supported the spin-off and development of the joint venture GovMarket (now Possible Digital), and has been involved with GovTech Campus Berlin since its establishment. He brings extensive experience advising the public sector on digital initiatives and organizational development.

Cecil is an entrepreneur with strong expertise in digital and sustainability-driven ventures. He co-founded and leads Alva Energie, developing decentralized energy solutions for the real estate sector, and previously founded StudyTogether and charly.education, both acquired. At Collective Ventures, he provides hands-on guidance and broad investor connections to early-stage startups.

Nicolaus is an entrepreneur with a strong track record building and scaling consumer and hardware ventures. He serves as CEO of mute-labs, a leading European office phone booth manufacturer, and previously led Podimo's market entry in Germany following the sale of his podcast company BesserFM. At Collective Ventures, he applies operational expertise and investor networks to support early-stage founders.

Alexander completed undergraduate and graduate studies in international business and strategic management in the US and Sweden. He brings experience in product management, consulting, and business development from both SMEs and large corporations before joining Heliad in August 2022, transitioning from investment analyst to building and managing Heliad's platform with focus on investor relations and portfolio company partnerships.

Can holds degrees in Economics from the University of Exeter and Computer Science from IE University. He brings an international perspective from multicultural background and has gained hands-on startup experience across logistics and fintech sectors, worked with early-stage founders at Antler's Berlin office, and supported investments at Turkish venture capital firm 212.

Herbert holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bamberg and has built a career in tax consulting. He co-founded C.P.A. Dr. Mehnert & Seuling GbR in 1997, which became one of leading advisory firms in Northern Bavaria, and served on examination board for tax advisors for over two decades.

Margarita has been with Heliad since 2011 and brings extensive financial expertise as Head of Finance. She previously served as a senior audit professional at EY and has demonstrated commitment to excellence in financial practices and regulatory compliance.

Peter oversees structuring, administration, and management of SPVs including fund setup, investor onboarding, capital calls, and reporting. He previously worked in Investor Relations at COI Partners and holds academic background in European Cultural and Intellectual History, International Relations, and International Business Administration.

Stefan completed banking education at Bankakademie Nuremberg and built an extensive career in German financial services, holding various positions at Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG followed by executive board roles at United Capital Management AG and flatex AG. He currently serves as Authorized Representative at financial and media companies and Deputy Chairman of multiple supervisory boards.

Volker holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Augsburg and began his career as founder and executive, co-founding WebStock AG and TradeCross AG, both later sold. He has served as Managing Partner of Only Natural Munich GmbH since 2010 and holds multiple supervisory board mandates.
