Herbert holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bamberg and has built a career in tax consulting. He co-founded C.P.A. Dr. Mehnert & Seuling GbR in 1997, which became one of leading advisory firms in Northern Bavaria, and served on examination board for tax advisors for over two decades.
Margarita has been with Heliad since 2011 and brings extensive financial expertise as Head of Finance. She previously served as a senior audit professional at EY and has demonstrated commitment to excellence in financial practices and regulatory compliance.
Peter oversees structuring, administration, and management of SPVs including fund setup, investor onboarding, capital calls, and reporting. He previously worked in Investor Relations at COI Partners and holds academic background in European Cultural and Intellectual History, International Relations, and International Business Administration.
Stefan completed banking education at Bankakademie Nuremberg and built an extensive career in German financial services, holding various positions at Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG followed by executive board roles at United Capital Management AG and flatex AG. He currently serves as Authorized Representative at financial and media companies and Deputy Chairman of multiple supervisory boards.
Volker holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Augsburg and began his career as founder and executive, co-founding WebStock AG and TradeCross AG, both later sold.
