Co-founder of ACTAI Ventures and a venture capitalist since 1991, Bill Tai has backed 22 companies that became publicly listed and served on 8 public company boards. He was a lead seed investor in Canva, Dapper Labs, SafetyCulture, and Zoom, founding chairman of Treasure Data and IPInfusion, and is active in the digital asset ecosystem. He holds a BSEE from the University of Illinois, an MBA from Harvard, and chairs the 501(c)3 ACTAI Global.

Jim Scheinman is the founder and managing partner of Maven Ventures, a micro-VC fund and incubator in Palo Alto that backs consumer internet and mobile startups with hyper-growth potential. Before investing full time, he was a founder, executive, and angel investor with roles across Bebo (sold to AOL for $850M), Tango, NBCi, and Friendster. Through Maven he was an early investor in autonomous vehicle companies including Cruise and Embark, and his portfolio company Chariot was acquired by Ford Smart Mobility. He is a TED speaker and a frequent presenter and judge at startup events, and he holds a neuropsychology degree from Duke and a law degree from UC Davis.

Matt Nish co-founded Bonsai and leads design at the company. He previously worked as a freelancer and in agency roles before starting the business.

Santi Subotovsky, an Argentine immigrant who built SaaS, researched video‑conferencing three years before investing in Zoom and uses a customer‑success approach to bridge Silicon Valley and Latin America.
