Goodera

Goodera operates a corporate volunteering platform that designs, hosts, and executes volunteering programs for employers. Its catalog spans in-person, virtual, and hybrid activities co-designed with nonprofit partners across more than 50 cause areas, including education, teen mental health, neighborhood clean-ups, tree plantation, solar lamp assembly for underserved communities, accessibility-focused activities such as sign-language greetings, digital carbon reduction, and donation drives. Activities are mapped to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and are bookable individually through the site.

The offering combines software and fulfillment. Customers receive a single customizable portal that can integrate with existing giving partners to browse, book, and track events, plus centralized real-time dashboards for impact reporting. Goodera also handles the operational layer of each event: champion onboarding and training, marketing collateral, kit procurement, shipping and logistics, invitations and reminders, a Goodera-employed host or "Ambassador" who runs the session in local languages, and post-event recaps, engagement metrics, and impact reporting. Impact consultants build year-round volunteering strategies for organizations, and customers can nominate their own local nonprofits, which Goodera says it onboards within days.

Stated use cases include new-employee onboarding, months of service, employee resource group engagement, disaster relief, culture days, retreats and offsites, return-to-office moments, family volunteering, conferences, and festivals. Goodera also publishes "Volunteering Quotient" benchmark reports (a 2026 global edition and an India edition) drawing on the ESG and annual reports of more than 200 companies, alongside a self-service scoring tool.
