He has developed new business activities in competitive, technology-driven sectors including telecommunications and energy through organic and external growth strategies. His background combines operational and financial expertise with experience managing diverse teams across engineering, sales, and technical functions.

Mathilde Ketoff specializes in structured finance and energy infrastructure. She joined RGREEN INVEST in 2019 after more than 15 years in investment banking, including at BNP Paribas CIB. She helped build and structure the firm's debt platform and leads the INFRABRIDGE, AFRIGREEN and dedicated mandate strategies across Europe, the OECD and Africa. She holds a Master in International Relations from Sciences Po Paris and a Master in International Risk Management from HEC.

Stéphanie Bégué is a Managing Partner and Investor Relations Director at RGreen Invest, an investment firm focused on financing energy and ecological transition projects in Europe. She brings over 15 years of financial sector experience, including prior work as an Executive Director in Structured Solutions Sales at Morgan Stanley, where she developed and sold customized financial solutions to institutional clients. She holds an Actuary IAF credential and an MBA from College des Ingenieurs, and is fluent in English and French.

Anne-Laure de la Roche is Head of Asset Management at RGreen Invest, where she focuses on implementing impact governance and advancing ESG practices aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. She brings extensive experience financing large international infrastructure projects across sectors including renewable energy, telecoms, water, and environmental services, with over 60 directorships of companies in France, Belgium, and Italy managing greenfield development and brownfield operations. Her expertise encompasses the contractual and regulatory frameworks governing public-private partnerships, concessions, and renewable energy assets, with demonstrated experience in value creation, risk management, and complex project delivery.
