Abdulla Obaidan is a Senior Specialist in Business Development Economics at Qatar Petroleum, working in the oil and energy industry. His areas of experience include international business development, corporate strategy formulation, international management, and project finance. He holds a Master's degree in Strategic Business Unit Management from HEC Paris.

Dr. Faleh Ali is Co-Founder of Doha Tech Angels LLC. He has 29 years of experience in the health sector as a clinician and senior executive, working in national-level operations, legislation, planning, strategy, and policy formulation. His current focus is on the use of AI in health technology to support learning and service provision in the health sector.

Dr. Hessa S. Al Jaber is Chairperson of the Board at the Qatar Research, Development and Innovation (QRDI) Council and Chairperson of Doha Tech Angels, an early-stage investment club in Qatar. She serves on the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG, chairs Trio Investment, and holds board roles at Lillia, MEEZA, Qatar University's Board of Regents, Qatar Community College, and the American School of Doha, in addition to membership in the United Nations ITU Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development. She previously served as Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Secretary-General of ictQATAR, a member of Qatar's Shura Council (2017–2021), and Chairperson of Es'hailSat and Malomatia (2008–2025), and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Kuwait University and a Master

Dr. Shaikha Al-Jabir combines 25+ years leading telecom and ICT at Ooredoo and Kahramaa, a Computer Science Ph.D., and co-founding Doha Tech Angels to bring operator insight to eHealth, edtech and fintech.

Abdulrahman Fakhroo is a Senior Commercial Advisor at Shell, where he works on the company's Qatar portfolio. His responsibilities include portfolio optimization and commercial solutions across Shell's ventures in Qatar.

Fatima Sultan Al-Kuwari is Chief Executive Officer of the Qatar 2036 Olympic and Paralympic Bid Committee, which is pursuing Qatar's effort to host the Olympic and Paralympic Games. She has over 20 years of executive experience in telecommunications, technology, digital transformation, and governance, and previously served as Group Chief Human Resources and Sustainability Officer at Ooredoo Group. She is Chairperson of Ooredoo Maldives, sits on the Board of Ooredoo Fintech, and serves as Board Advisor to Qatar Museums and Qatar Academy Msheireb.

Fatima Mustafawi is Head of Information Security Supervision at Qatar Central Bank, where she works with financial institutions and stakeholders to strengthen cybersecurity maturity across the sector. Her interests include the application of technology in service of communities in Qatar.

Howaida Nadim is the Chief Executive Officer of Foresight Communications Consultancy in Qatar, a communications strategy and marketing agency she co-founded in 2016. She previously led the Planning and Quality Department at Qatar's Ministry of Transport and Communications, overseeing implementation of the country's five-year transport strategy, and served as an advisor and strategic planning director at ictQATAR, where she contributed to national policies including the National Broadband Plan and Qatar's ICT2015 Digital Agenda. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, graduate diplomas in data processing management, system analysis, and public relations, and a certificate in public policy.

Nishad Azeem is the Founder and CEO of Coastal Holding, a diversified industrial group operating in Saudi Arabia and Qatar across manufacturing, construction, and healthcare. The company's six business units cover manufacturing, steel works, hot dip galvanizing, specialized construction, design and engineering, and architectural products and services, and it has produced stadium seating for the King Fahad Stadium and six FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 venues, including Lusail Stadium, Al Janoub Stadium, and Stadium 974. Azeem holds a Master's degree in Engineering and is a graduate of Harvard Business School.
