A serial CEO with senior leadership experience in infrastructure and enterprise software, storage, and cybersecurity, formerly SVP and GM at VMware and HP, SVP of R&D at Mercury Interactive, and CEO/Chairman of Clarizen.

Brings over 35 years of Wall Street experience, having led Financial Institutions M&A at Bear Stearns, JP Morgan, and Lehman Brothers, and co-founded and chaired FIRE Capital Funds. Also a venture partner at a seed-stage fintech fund and former senior advisor to Credit Suisse.

Former EVP of Corporate Development and Marketing at NICE Systems, having led close to 50 M&A transactions, with earlier roles at Mercury and Tower Semiconductor and as co-founder of digiGroups. Currently CSO of Next Insurance; holds a doctorate from Stanford Business School and a BSc from the Technion.

Brings over 20 years of technology investing experience in infrastructure, application software, and consumer technology, having previously been a General Partner at Battery Ventures and an entrepreneur.

Former Head of the IAF Technology Sector and retired Brigadier General with a 28-year military career, now Managing Partner at ACE and Co-founder and CEO of Aerospace Spirit. Specializes in translating military innovation into commercial aerospace and defense solutions.

Spent 15 years at EY as Managing Director providing audit, tax, and consulting services to private equity and real estate funds, working with major Israeli VC funds and tech companies. Serves as CFO supporting the fund and portfolio companies.

Began her career in finance at Wells Fargo after studying business and finance at USC, then invested across private markets at a global family office and at Brookfield in New York. After relocating to Israel, she joined KDT, the venture arm of Koch Industries, focusing on growth-stage tech, before joining Key1.

Earned degrees in Law and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and worked as an M&A investment banker at Rothschild & Co. for nearly three years before joining Key1 as a growth investor focused on scaling entrepreneurs.

Started as an office manager in an IDF Paratrooper unit and holds a BA in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University, with over 20 years of office management experience supporting business leaders.

Studied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at the Technion, served in the Ministry of Defense in R&D, and pursued an MBA and a Computer Science degree at Tel Aviv University. Previously an investment analyst at Lucid Capital, a Tel Aviv hedge fund, before joining Key1.
