Sarit Firon is Managing Partner at Team8 and Co-Founder of Team8 Capital, the group's investment arm. She brings over 30 years of investment and operational experience across Silicon Valley, New York, and Tel Aviv, including roles as CEO, CFO, Chairperson, and board member at high-tech companies. Her prior experience includes serving as CFO during the Nasdaq IPO and $517M acquisition of MediaMind, involvement in notable Israeli tech acquisitions and IPOs including Armis ($1.1B), Google's acquisition of Alooma, and Salesforce's $800M acquisition of Datorama, and leadership as Managing Partner at Cerca Partners. Firon holds a B.A. in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University and serves on the board of Shitufim, a social impact nonprofit.

Aaron Dubin is a Partner of Team8's VC Foundry. He previously served as VP of Strategy & Business Research at Team8 and earlier led early-stage strategic cyber investing in New York at Goldman Sachs' Principal Strategic Investments team. His prior roles include Investment Associate at Innovation Endeavors in Tel Aviv and New York and Analyst at Pitango Venture Capital; he holds a B.A. in Business Administration from IDC Herzliya.

Alon Huri is a Managing Partner at Team8, where he focuses on building fintech companies. Aviad Harell is a Managing Partner at Team8, where he builds and invests in cybersecurity and software infrastructure companies. Before Team8, he founded Sisense, a business intelligence company, serving as its COO and GM and leading departments including product engineering, product management, field engineering, and customer support; he relocated to the US in 2013 to establish Sisense's US operations and launched cloud, SaaS, and OEM offerings. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Reichman University (formerly IDC Herzliya).

Daniel Goldstein is a Partner at Team8's VC Foundry with over a decade of experience investing and connecting the Israeli innovation ecosystem with U.S. institutional investors, family offices, and corporates. She previously led Israeli venture strategy for the George Kaiser Family Foundation, managing investments across cybersecurity, AI, and digital health. Before that, she spent nearly a decade at Innovation Endeavors, where she became Operating Partner and led the firm's business development practice. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Reichman University and is an alumna of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program.

Demetrios L. Kouzoukas is a Partner at Team8 focused on building digital health companies, with over 20 years of experience across US healthcare business, law, government, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, and payors. He previously served as Chief Executive of the Medicare program at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, a Senior Executive for Medicare at UnitedHealthcare, and Deputy General Counsel and later Associate Deputy Secretary at the US Department of Health and Human Services. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law and a BA in Political Science from George Washington University.

Dror Grof is a Partner at Team8, where he builds and invests in digital health companies. He has more than 15 years of experience in cybersecurity and applied data science, previously serving as VP R&D and Advanced Research at Noogata, a no-code enterprise AI platform, and founding EmbedGen and the data science firm Mining Science while at Matrix. Alon Melcer is a strategy and business research manager at Team8 Enterprise, working on company building from ideation onward in cybersecurity, data infrastructure and AI. He previously spent two years as a senior strategy consultant at Strategy& by PwC and held research roles including at the Israeli Ministry of Finance and as an intelligence research team lead in the IDF's Intelligence Corps. Amir Lewkowicz is Director of Business Development at Team8 Health, where he works on the Team8 Health Foundry and supports portfolio company building.
