Lucas Nelson is a hacker-turned-VC with technical security expertise—co-authored The Art of Software Security Testing and chaired DEF CON—who does technical diligence and teaches Entrepreneurship for Hackers at NYU.

Steve Berg is a Venture Partner at Lytical Ventures who advises portfolio companies and maintains ecosystem relationships. At Lytical Ventures he focuses on capital formation, deal sourcing, and LP relationships, and has taught venture capital at Berkeley Law.

Graham Carroll is a Partner at Lytical Ventures and Investment Committee member, involved in deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio support, and managing finance and operations across the firm's funds. He previously co-founded cloud infrastructure startup Tutum (acquired by Docker), served as Director of Corporate Finance at Docker, and worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Bob Hammer led Commvault as Chairman, President and CEO for over 20 years, growing it into a major data protection company. He previously was a venture partner at the Sprout Group and led Norand, Telequest, and Material Progress Corporations, and holds a bachelor's degree and MBA from Columbia University.

Jeremy Kroll is a Venture Partner at Lytical Ventures and a member of its investment committee, advising on customer technology needs in the corporate intelligence space. He is co-founder and CEO of K2 Intelligence, a risk analytics and investigative consulting firm in New York, and previously worked at Kroll, founded by his father Jules Kroll.

He previously co-founded and served as Managing Partner of Ekistic Ventures, was CTO of GCM Grosvenor, and held roles as Chicago's first municipal Chief Data Officer and later CIO, in addition to advising early and mid-stage startups.

Charles Henderson is Executive Vice President of Cyber Security Services at Coalfire and a seasoned security executive who has led teams in threat intelligence, incident response, penetration testing, adversary simulation, and vulnerability research. He formerly led IBM X-Force and Trustwave SpiderLabs, serves on the BlackHat review board, and is a frequent conference speaker and media commentator.

Chief Information Security Officer at Sysco and a Venture Partner at blockchain-focused fund Bloccelerate, Charles holds advisory roles at OptimEyes, Scanta AI, and IBM Security. Gillian Munson is CFO of Vimeo and a strategic advisor to Lytical Ventures. She was previously a partner at Union Square Ventures handling investing and operations, and CFO of XO Group, which she led through its acquisition by WeddingWire in 2019. She also held senior roles at Allen & Co, Symbol Technologies, and Morgan Stanley, and began her career in research at Hambrecht & Quist. She holds a BA from Colorado College.

Guy Schory is the first Chief Digital Officer at Endeavor, overseeing digital product, marketing, data, advertising, commerce, and direct-to-consumer and B2B units. He previously held product and strategy roles at eBay, PayPal, and RedLaser, serves on the board of BlueVoyant and as a board advisor to Namogoo, holds six filed e-commerce and mobile patents, and earned a BA from Stanford University.

Jeff Moss is the founder and CEO of DEF CON and founder of Black Hat Briefings, and has spent his career at the intersection of hacking, cybersecurity and Internet governance. He serves on the US Homeland Security Advisory Council, is a board member of Compagnie Financière Richemont SA, an angel investor in security, and previously served as CSO of ICANN.

Jonathan Koplovitz is a founding partner of Elektron Ventures who previously served as VP of Corporate Development at Loews Corporation and as a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone, with earlier roles at Wolfensohn & Co and Bear Stearns. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School.

He holds BS and MS degrees from Rochester Institute of Technology and was an adjunct professor there.

Lawrence (Larry) Chu is a partner at Goodwin, where he heads the firm's West Coast Technology M&A practice, advising public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance across technology, media, fintech, e-commerce and biotech sectors. Over 20-plus years he has advised on more than 200 transactions totaling over $100 billion and holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and a JD from York University.

Lisa Markey is Head of Security and Counter Fraud at Open Banking. She previously led cyber risk and solutions at Estée Lauder and served as CISO at law firm Shearman & Sterling. She holds an MSc in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London, plus CISM and CIPP/US qualifications.

Marilyn Hirsch is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Capital Deployment at Allstate, where she has led global strategic planning, M&A, and strategic investment activity. She previously served as a Managing Director in Credit Suisse's Financial Institutions Group serving insurance clients, and holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and UC Berkeley.

Serial entrepreneur and founder/CEO of KeyCaliber who previously served as an EIR at Lytical Ventures. She co-founded and led Uplevel Security (acquired by McAfee in 2019), was Cybersecurity Operations Branch Chief at the Executive Office of the President, and worked in cybersecurity analysis at DHS's US-CERT. She holds a BS in engineering from Princeton.

Ted Gage serves as a Strategic Advisor and CFO with about 20 years of direct investing experience. He was a founding member of Vulcan Capital and spent 12 years at Deloitte in an advisory capacity.
