John Mapes joined Aurora Capital Partners in 1992. He previously worked in the Corporate Finance Group at Salomon Brothers. He holds a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Josh Klinefelter joined Aurora Capital Partners in 1999 and helps oversee the firm's day-to-day operations.
