Leads LIV Capital's expansion into the private debt market, with over 30 years of experience in corporate credit, real estate financing, leasing, investment banking and private equity in Mexico. He previously headed corporate credit at Banco Invex and holds an MBA from USC Marshall.

Founder of LIV Capital in 2000, with over 18 years of venture capital and private equity experience in Mexico and the U.S. He previously co-founded Mexican real estate developer VPN Desarrollo Inmobiliario and Grupo Infinitti, and holds an MBA from NYU Stern.

Joined Latin Idea Ventures (rebranded LIV Capital) as a Partner in 2009. A well-known Mexican entrepreneur, he co-founded and led cinema chain Cinemex and has invested as an angel in several service-sector businesses. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Serves as Deputy CEO of LIV Capital Acquisition Corp. with over 15 years of buy-side and sell-side experience in corporate finance, investment banking and capital markets across New York, London and Mexico City. He previously worked at 414 Capital, MUFG, HSBC and UBS, and holds an MBA from London Business School.

Joined LIV Capital in July 2021 as a Senior Analyst on the investment team. He previously worked around three years at Alsis Funds in investment and investor relations analysis, and is enrolled in the CFA program.

Joined LIV Capital's investment team in August 2023 as an Associate. He previously spent eight years in investment banking at SAI Derecho & Economía working on M&A, JVs and capital raising, and holds sustainable finance and ESG certifications.

Joined LIV Capital in March 2018 as an Executive Assistant with over 20 years of experience supporting senior executives across ICT, advertising, real estate, engineering and construction in both public and private sectors.

Joined LIV Capital in July 2019 as Head Accountant with over 15 years of experience in accounting, taxes, audit and internal control. She previously worked at Ernst & Young, Grupo Modelo, Bayport Mexico and DOCOMO Digital.

Leads investor relations and capital raising with over 13 years of finance experience serving institutional and private clients in Latin America. She previously worked at Citibank and Credit Suisse in Mexico and New York, and holds an MBA from NYU Stern.

Joined LIV Capital in September 2016 as a Legal Analyst, with over six years of legal experience in corporate matters, international taxation, M&A and anti-money laundering. He previously worked at Santamarina y Steta and holds a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana.

Joined LIV Capital in April 2013 and serves as General Counsel with over nine years of legal experience in corporate finance, private equity, M&A and capital markets. She previously was an associate at Chadbourne & Parke and holds a law degree from ITAM.

Joined LIV Capital in 2014 as Office Manager with over 24 years of experience in marketing, promotion, public relations and administration across media and other sectors, including launching Fox Sports in Latin America.
