Investment thesis
TusStar operates an integrated 'four-in-one' model combining incubation services, angel investment, entrepreneurship training, and an open platform. Its investment arm, TusStar Venture Capital (founded 2014), focuses on early-stage hard technology, concentrating on next-generation information technology, high-end equipment, biomedicine, new energy and new materials, and enterprise services. It invests through direct investment, fund management, and stakes in other funds, and complements this with a micro-equity 'Yi Plan' that takes small stakes in startups nurtured through its incubators and accelerators, using its global incubation network to support portfolio growth.
