She previously served as a Finance Manager at Goldman Sachs Broad Street Equity Investment Management and as Controller of Beijing Gaohua Securities, Goldman Sachs's securities subsidiary in China, and began her career at KPMG China. She is a Certified Public Accountant with a bachelor's degree in Finance from Central University of Finance and Economics and a master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester.

Chengkai Gu invests in the technology sector, with interests including AI tools, AI infrastructure, and hardware technology. He holds a bachelor's degree in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College.

Cindy Chen has about 20 years of marketing experience at multinational companies including Pepsi, Unilever, Gillette, and Revlon, covering brand management, product development, media and PR, consumer research, and market development. Before Sky9, she worked at a startup and a state-owned enterprise investment platform, developing experience across the full RMB fund lifecycle including fundraising, investment, management, and exit. She earned both a bachelor's and a master's degree from the University of International Business and Economics.

Faye Lo is Head of Venture Philanthropy at Sky9 Capital and one of the firm's founders, where her investment focus includes social networks, mobile platforms, e-commerce, and consumer and impact investing, and she has been involved in early-stage deal development. Since 2003 her philanthropic work has centered on environmental protection, children's education, and poverty alleviation. She earned an Executive Master's degree in Philanthropy jointly offered by the China Philanthropy Research Institute and Indiana University's Lilly Family School of Philanthropy in 2015, and completed an executive leadership program at the Harvard Kennedy School in 2017.

Freda Luo oversees financial reporting, operations, compliance, and audits for Sky9 Capital's funds. She previously worked as a Finance Manager at Lake Ventures and as an Assurance Senior at EY, where she focused on audits within the fund sector. She earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter and a master's degree in Accounting, Finance and Management from the University of Bristol.

Before Sky9, she worked as an Associate at Han Kun Law Offices, where she focused on private equity, venture capital, M&A, and IPOs. She holds the PRC Bar qualification, a bachelor's degree in Law with a minor in English Literature from Shanghai International Studies University, and an M.A. in Laws from Georgetown University.

Rowen Wu handles legal affairs for Sky9 Capital's fund operations and portfolio, including legal due diligence, term negotiation, transaction document review, and portfolio legal management. Before joining Sky9, she was an Associate at Han Kun Law Offices, working on private equity, venture capital, M&A, and capital markets, with experience in equity financing, IPOs, and corporate governance. She holds the PRC Bar qualification, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Translation and Interpreting and a Juris Master degree from Fudan University.

Shimer Diao has over 15 years of experience in international affairs and impact-related work. She previously served as Senior Advisor at the United Nations Global Compact, leading a global sustainable infrastructure program tied to the Belt and Road Initiative, and worked at the World Economic Forum managing several foundation initiatives across Greater China and Northeast Asia. She began her career as a journalist and producer at Shanghai Media Group and holds a master's in Law and International Relations from Peking University and a bachelor's in Asian Studies from the University of Sydney.

Skye Zhao manages post-investment activities for Sky9 Capital's portfolios and has a background in venture debt lending and portfolio management. She previously served as a VP at SPD Silicon Valley Bank, where she handled venture lending to early and growth stage companies, and earlier worked as a Product Manager at Creditease and an Auditor at PwC China. She earned a bachelor's degree in International Economics from Fudan University and a master's degree in Finance from Ohio State University.

Susie Tian handles legal matters for Sky9 Capital's fund operations and portfolio companies, including legal due diligence, term negotiation, transaction document review, and portfolio compliance. Before Sky9, she worked as an associate at Llinks Law Offices and Haiwen & Partners, focusing on private equity, venture capital, M&A, and real estate investment. She holds a bachelor's degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law and a master's degree in law from Vanderbilt University, and is qualified for both the PRC Bar and the New York State Bar.

Dr. Teh Kok Peng is a private equity investor in Asia and Chairman of Azalea Asset Management. He previously served as President of GIC Special Investments from 1999 to 2011 and concurrently as Deputy Managing Director of both the Monetary Authority of Singapore and GIC, having begun his career at the World Bank. He holds First Class Honours in Economics from La Trobe University and a Doctorate in Economics from Nuffield College, Oxford, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Tracy Chen oversees financial management, reporting, audit, tax, and compliance for Sky9 Capital's funds and works with the portfolio management team. She previously served as Head of Finance for a Shanghai STAR Market listed company and was a Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds dual bachelor's degrees in Law and Accounting from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
