Johannes Schildt built Europe's largest digital healthcare provider from nothing. He co-founded Kry in Stockholm in 2014 with Fredrik Jung Abbou, Josefin Landgård and Joachim Hedenius, and it treated its first patient in 2015 as Sweden's first digital health centre; it now runs in four countries — trading as Livi in Britain and France — with more than sixty physical clinics and around four thousand staff. He led the $312 million round in April 2021, co-led by CPP Investments and Fidelity, that made Kry a $2 billion company, then steered it through a hard 2022 of layoffs and a German exit to a 2024 in which every market turned profitable on 2.5 billion kronor of revenue. He handed over as chief executive that December and became chairman. He has since co-founded Elfcare, a preventive-diagnostics company, and the investment firm Always Summer.
