Anton Brevde is Chief Investment Officer at IBX, overseeing the firm's portfolio, incubation program, and venture investment strategy, with a focus on deep tech and the commercial space sector. He was previously a General Partner at Prime Movers Lab, where he led the aerospace practice. Earlier, he co-founded and led Asseta, a B2B marketplace for capital equipment and spare parts that went through Y Combinator in 2013.

Bettina Inclán is Chief Communications Officer at IBX, where she leads communications and supports portfolio companies, drawing on more than 15 years in communications, marketing, and crisis management. She previously served as Communications Director for Axiom Space's Ax-1 and Ax-2 missions and as NASA's Associate Administrator for the Office of Communications. Earlier, she founded and ran a strategic communications consulting firm and worked as a spokesperson and public policy advisor with Capitol Hill experience.

Robert "Bob" D. Cabana serves as Senior Advisor to IBX, advising its portfolio companies. He previously served as NASA's Associate Administrator, its third-highest executive position, and earlier as Director of NASA's John F. Kennedy Space Center. A U.S. Naval Academy graduate with a background in the U.S. Marine Corps, he flew four missions as a NASA astronaut, including commanding the first assembly mission of the International Space Station.

Chris Mirick is General Counsel at IBX, where he leads legal strategy and compliance across the firm and its deep technology portfolio. He has nearly three decades of experience advising on complex transactions, governance, and corporate growth, previously serving as Chief Legal Officer at Source Global and holding senior legal roles at True North Venture Partners and RWA Wealth Partners, where he was also Interim CEO. Earlier he was a partner at international law firms, and he holds a B.A. from Amherst College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Daniel Narea is Director of Strategic Projects at IBX, where he identifies and implements initiatives across the firm's portfolio companies and supports Dr. Kam Ghaffarian's global business development efforts. He provides strategic guidance to portfolio entities, including during capital-raising phases. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff to the Founder of Prime Movers Lab, where he helped raise approximately $1B across four funds and managed stakeholder relationships in Europe and the Middle East.

Ted Sonnenschein is Vice Chairman and Chief Legal Officer at IBX, where he advises on governance, financings, M&A, and new initiatives. He previously held leadership roles at the law firm Latham & Watkins LLP, including Global Chair of the Corporate Department and member of the Executive Committee, advising companies, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, and family offices on M&A, private equity, venture capital, IPOs, and securities matters. He holds degrees from Harvard College and Harvard Law School.

Jonathan W. Cirtain is President of IBX, providing strategy and technical direction across the firm's portfolio. A physicist and technology executive, he previously spent seven years at BWX Technologies (BWXT) in senior roles including Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer, President and CEO of BWXT Medical, and Chief Technology Officer, and earlier spent nearly a decade at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center and conducted research at Harvard University. He co-founded Astraea, Inc., an Earth-observation machine learning and data analytics company, holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Montana State University, and earned bachelor's degrees in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Memphis.

Nick Williams is Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at IBX, where he works with executive leadership on legal and compliance strategy across the portfolio and serves as General Counsel to two IBX portfolio companies. He previously was SVP, Legal & Corporate Secretary at Innovid Corp., an advertising technology company, where he helped build and scale the legal department. He began his legal career at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and later Pryor Cashman LLP, and holds degrees from Franciscan University and Georgetown University Law Center.

Shelley Johnson is the Chief Operating Officer at IBX, where she oversees the firm's business operations and strategic initiatives. Before joining IBX, she was an executive at SGT, leading Human Resources, IT, Quality and Safety, and Communications, and managed the company's integration into KBR following its 2018 acquisition. She holds degrees from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and the University of North Dakota.
