Josefin Landgård is one of Scandinavia's very few women to have co-founded a unicorn. She co-founded Kry in Stockholm in 2014 and served as chief operating officer, and for a period interim managing director, through the years it became Europe's largest digital healthcare provider — having two children along the way. She left in 2018, and in 2019 co-founded MANTLE with the brand strategist Stina Lönnkvist: a Scandinavian skincare and wellness brand, named for the skin's acid mantle and formulated in a lab in northern Sweden, which raised €2.8 million led by Venrex in 2024 to expand into Britain, Germany and the United States.
