Olivia Steedman is Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Teachers' Venture Growth (TVG), the venture capital and growth equity arm of Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTPP), which she established in 2019 and which held C$15.3 billion in assets across nearly 40 direct investments and multiple funds as of December 31, 2025. She joined OTPP in 2002 as a founding member of the Infrastructure and Natural Resources group, where she held senior roles including Head of the Greenfield and Renewables investment team, and previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Marshall Macklin Monaghan. A Professional Engineer and Chartered Professional Accountant, she holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Queen's University and an ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
