Romain Diaz is the founder and CEO of Satgana, a climate technology venture capital firm that invests in startups developing solutions to climate and ecological challenges.

Alexis Angot co-founded Ynsect in 2011, serving as CFO until 2017 and Secretary General until 2020, during which time the company raised approximately $400 million and established global leadership in automated insect farming. Since 2020, he has worked as an advisor, investor, and board member across the agri-food technology sector, serving on boards at over 20 startups including Edonia, Fungu'it, Onima, and Agriloops, while providing fundraising support to founders and collaborating with accelerators and research institutions. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from ESSEC Business School.

George Mosomi is an Expansion Manager at Tether.io focused on growing the platform's operations in Kenya and across Africa. With over 14 years of experience building technology ventures across Africa, Europe, and North America, he has worked in stablecoins, DeFi, fintech, and renewable energy sectors. His work centers on expanding access to financial services and investment flows in emerging markets through blockchain-based solutions.

James Crowley is a fractional CTO who advises deep tech startups and serves as a venture partner at Satgana, focusing on early-stage climate companies in Europe and Africa. He sits on the board of Boxtribute, a humanitarian logistics platform operating across eight countries, and has coordinated aid efforts in Ukraine, Poland, and Greece with NGOs and UN agencies. Previously, he co-founded FundApps, a regulatory technology company that monitored over $29 trillion in assets before its sale to private equity.

Michael Napper is Chief Technology Officer at Expect AI and has worked in climate solutions as a co-founder, investor, technology lead, and advisor since 2015. Previously, he spent over two decades leading software development for financial institutions including JPMorgan and Credit Suisse, focusing on trading data and analytics systems. He holds a first-class degree in Electronic Engineering from Cambridge University and has expertise in data collection, analytics, and large-scale infrastructure development.

Patricia Silva is an independent advisor specializing in carbon removal, carbon markets, and climate strategy. With nine years of experience across operator, advisor, and investor roles, she has worked with project developers, corporations, and investors on climate procurement strategy, market readiness, investment diligence, and carbon removal pathways. She holds an engineering degree and an MBA in Energy & Cleantech from UC Berkeley.

Philippe Audebert is a Venture Partner at Satgana with experience in business consulting and computer software. He holds expertise in business development, sales, customer relationship management, and account management, and is an graduate of ESSEC Business School and École Spéciale des Travaux Publics.

Ryan Grant Little is Chair and Co-Founder of Invest in Bravery. He has designed and implemented accelerators for companies including Zalando, Booking.com, and a major FMCG company, and has advised foundations, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals on accelerator design and investment strategy. As a co-founder of CanadaHelps, a donations platform, and an energy-from-organic-waste company, he holds 25+ active climatetech angel investments and serves as a deal scout for three European funds.

Agathe Blanluet Terrou is Co-Investments Director at Satgana, where she facilitates capital access for climate-focused founders through connections with individual investors, family offices, and impact-focused funds. She co-founded OME Art Gallery to support emerging artists and serves as Vice-President of the Fondation Julienne Dumeste. Blanluet Terrou is a HEC-Bocconi graduate recognized by McKinsey as a next generation woman leader.

Elizabeth Cadavid is an Impact & ESG Manager at Satgana. She holds a CFA in Sustainable Investing and an MSc in Sustainability Entrepreneurship & Innovation from ESCP.

Eryn Zander is an independent non-executive director with over 25 years of experience in operational and advisory roles across finance, consumer, and technology sectors. She serves on boards of regulated and unregulated funds in Luxembourg, with expertise in governance, compliance, AML/CFT, risk management, and sustainability. Zander founded Sportunity, a Luxembourg-based non-profit focused on refugee inclusion through sport, and is involved with the INSEAD Directors Network in Luxembourg.

Joana Fonseca works at the intersection of culture and sustainability, with background experience in architecture, design, strategic communication, and project management. She founded Nulla, an initiative that transforms urban waste into objects, and provides communication and education support to organizations and entrepreneurs in the circular economy space. Based in Porto, her work spans ecodesign, event production, and sustainability education.

Lubomila Jordanova is Group Chief Executive Officer of Diginex (NASDAQ: DGNX) and founder of Plan A, a corporate carbon accounting and decarbonization software platform that has supported over 2,000 companies including BMW, Deutsche Bank, and Visa. She is also co-founder of the Greentech Alliance, a network of climate-focused companies and advisors. Jordanova has spent more than ten years in advisory roles focused on sustainability and ESG across automotive, fashion, retail, and banking sectors, with particular expertise in translating sustainability regulation into financial and strategic cases for business leadership.

Marijn Wiersma is Board Chair at 2X Ignite and serves as a managing director at 2X Global, focusing on gender-smart capital. With over 20 years of international experience across more than 35 countries, including a decade in Africa, she has co-authored "Banking for a Better World" and is co-authoring "SOS: A Navigation Guide for Women at Work." Wiersma's background includes work in corporate anthropology and video documentation of female leaders in the financial sector.

Martijn Blom is Impact Funds Development Coordinator at Impact Europe, where he supports emerging impact funds in their setup, sustainability, and scaling efforts. He works across multiple initiatives, including fund development for EU projects at EVPA, community building for impact investors in the creative sector, and the ICFA climate finance accelerator network. Blom also serves as a board member at Graphic Matters and Blind Walls Gallery, and as an investment committee member at Brabant Startup Fund.

Stéphanie Delperdange is an independent non-executive director and investment professional with over 15 years of board-level experience in private equity, venture capital, and infrastructure. Based in Luxembourg, she has served on boards across Europe and the US, with expertise in fund governance, regulatory oversight, and alternative assets. In 2024, she launched an independent practice offering board mandates and strategic investment advice, building on prior experience including a role as Conducting Officer at an Infrastructure AIFM.

Agathe Pommery is a certified professional coach at In Line Coaching who works with founders on business optimization. She mentors entrepreneurs through LiveMentor and previously taught UX/UI design at Ironhack Lisbon.
