Clanton Capital

Daniel Kipersztok is Head of Investments at Clanton Capital, where he leads deal sourcing, oversees due diligence, and monitors portfolio companies, also serving as an advisor and board member for several of the firm's portfolio companies. He previously worked in management consulting, M&A, and corporate finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, advising corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, and capital restructuring. He holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, an executive education degree from the Wharton School of Business, and a BS in Engineering from the University of Lima.

Fan Bai is a Senior Accountant at Clanton Capital. She holds a diploma in accounting with a finance specialization from Jilin University in China and a certificate in accounting from Trios College in Mississauga. She previously held accounting roles at Almond Tree Enterprises and Highland Farms.

Fatima Umana holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from George Brown College. Before joining Clanton, she worked in administrative roles in the catering and healthcare industries. She currently serves as Office Manager at Clanton Capital.

Hongwei Xiao is a Senior Accountant at Clanton Capital. She holds an accounting degree from George Brown College (2004) and the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation from CPA Ontario. She also serves as Director of Accounting at Almond Tree Enterprises and previously worked in accounting at Gold Park Homes.

Josh Altman is a Senior Associate on the investment team at Clanton Capital, where he sources and evaluates new investment opportunities, supports portfolio companies, and manages the firm's quarterly and annual reporting. Before joining Clanton, he worked in private equity conducting market research and financial and operational due diligence for acquisitions of medium-sized businesses across Canada, and monitored those companies post-acquisition. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology from York University.

Kevin Panovka is the Chief Financial Officer of Clanton Capital. He studied commerce and accounting at Witwatersrand University and the University of South Africa, and earned a Commercial and Financial Accountant designation. He founded and ran the accounting firm KMP Consultants for over 20 years before emigrating to Canada in 2003, later working at H&R Developments and serving as CFO of Almond Tree Enterprises.
