Arthur Franken joined Gilde Healthcare in 2001 and helped launch the Venture&Growth strategy, overseeing investments in biopharmaceuticals, medtech, diagnostics, and digital health. He was previously a Research Fellow at the Leiden/Amsterdam Centre for Drug Research and TNO, and holds a Master's in Biopharmaceutical Sciences from Leiden University.

Co-founder and Managing Partner of Gilde Healthcare, jointly responsible for fund management and investment activities in the Venture&Growth fund. He previously worked as a tax consultant at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) and holds a Master's in Business and Fiscal Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Geoff Pardo joined Gilde Healthcare in 2011 and oversees Venture&Growth fund investments in North America. He was previously a Partner at Spray Venture Partners and President & CEO of Facet Solutions, and hosts The MedTech Talk podcast. He holds a History degree from Brown University and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Hugo de Bruin joined Gilde Healthcare in 2011 and is a Partner in the Private Equity team, working on deal origination, execution, and active portfolio management. Before Gilde, he worked as a consultant in the corporate finance department at Boer & Croon (now Deloitte), focusing on M&A and financial restructuring in the Dutch healthcare sector. He holds a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Utrecht University and a master's in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam.

Janke Dittmer joined Gilde Healthcare as a Partner in 2011 and is responsible for the firm's European healthtech investments across areas including medtech, digital health, diagnostics, and life science tools. He previously served as Venture General Manager and Head of Business Development & Strategy in Philips' Corporate Venturing unit and was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. He co-founded a nanotech company in Silicon Valley, holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Cambridge, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in nanotechnology at UC Berkeley.

Joined Gilde Healthcare in 2008 and co-founded its Private Equity funds, leading the firm's investment processes and fund management. Previously spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company as a Junior Partner in healthcare and other sectors, gaining experience in operational turnarounds, M&A, corporate strategy, business development and regulatory management. Holds a Master's in Pharmacy and a PharmD from Utrecht University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Founder and Managing Partner of Gilde Healthcare, leading the Venture&Growth and Private Equity strategies and overseeing business management, corporate development, investment committees and fundraising. He joined Gilde in 1998 after a consulting role at KPMG and holds a Master's in Chemistry from Leiden University.

Joined Gilde Healthcare in 2012 and focuses on origination, deal execution and portfolio management in pharmaceutical outsourcing, elderly care, healthcare services and CRDMO. Previously a Manager at KPMG Corporate Finance and holds a Master's in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Stefan Luzi joined Gilde Healthcare in 2015 and is a Partner in the Venture&Growth team, focusing on investments in biopharmaceuticals and therapeutics. He previously worked at Merck KGaA in its Global Business Intelligence and M Ventures divisions, holds degrees from ETH Zurich and the University of Cambridge, and completed a PhD at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology in Cambridge.

Redmar Koene joined Gilde Healthcare in 2017 and works in the Private Equity team on deal origination and execution. He previously invested in listed and non-listed companies at a Swiss investment firm and gained M&A experience at Rabobank; he holds MSc degrees in Finance and Accounting from Tilburg University.

Marion Pouillard is a Senior Associate at Gilde Healthcare, a transatlantic venture capital firm focused on healthcare investments. He holds educational credentials in Pharmaceutical Management from ESCP Europe and in Biotechnology and Genetics from the European Magister of Genetics program, and has gained work and research experience across France, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
