Anshu Agarwal is a General Partner at Converge, which she joined in 2023 to build the firm's Silicon Valley presence. Over more than 20 years she was a founding member or early executive at four B2B startups—Speedera Networks, Ankeena, ConteXtream, and Cedexis—each acquired by a public company, and later co-founded Nimbella as CEO, leading it to acquisition by Digital Ocean in 2021. After that acquisition she served as VP and GM of Digital Ocean's Serverless & Kubernetes business unit. She holds a Bachelor's in Electronics & Communications Engineering from IIT Roorkee, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers, and an MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern.

James Falkoff is a Partner at Converge with more than a decade of experience as a venture investor and over 16 years across public and private technology markets. Before Converge he was a Principal at Longworth Venture Partners, where he worked alongside Nilanjana Bhowmik on early-stage deal sourcing, and earlier spent 2006–2010 as an equity research analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co. covering network equipment, including work on the Fortinet IPO. Across Converge and prior firms he has been involved in more than 25 early-stage venture investments, with portfolio involvements such as Olapic, RapidMiner, JIBE, and TrackVia. He writes on emerging technology areas like edge computing and robotics, holds a CFA charter, and earned a computer science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Maia Heymann is a Founder & General Partner at Converge, a venture firm, with 25 years of experience investing in and financing B2B tech companies. She began in technology banking in Silicon Valley, underwriting structured debt facilities, then launched BancBoston Ventures' Palo Alto office and later became President overseeing its $340M portfolio following the Bank of America merger. Before Converge, she was a Managing Director at Shott Capital, which managed $2.7B in LP commitments to venture funds prior to its acquisition by Hamilton Lane. Over her career she has been involved in more than 60 M&A transactions, 7 IPOs, and 25 board and observer roles, investing in companies such as Chainalysis, BlueConic, and Help Scout.

Nilanjana Bhowmik is Founder and General Partner at Converge, focused on B2B technology with more than 20 years of experience as a venture capitalist, investment banker, and operating executive. Her current investing spans AI/ML infrastructure, edge computing, robotics, intelligent SaaS, and Web 3 fundamentals, and her prior investments include Nimbella, RapidMiner, Jibe, NuoDB, Stitch, Trackvia, Viewfinity, and VKernel — many of which were acquired. Before Converge she was a General Partner at Longworth Venture Partners leading enterprise tech investments, and earlier worked as an M&A investment banker at Broadview and ran the Americas professional services organization at Object Design Inc. She began her career after publishing a graduate dissertation on object-oriented class libraries and is active in education and civic causes in Boston.

Jason King joined Converge in January 2018 as a part-time CFO, where he oversees finance and reporting activities. He has more than 20 years of experience across the private equity and venture capital industries, having worked as an auditor, CFO, Director, Partner, and portfolio company board member at firms including Castile Ventures, Standish Management, Summit Partners, Deloitte, and KPM & Associates CPAs. He is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Bryant College.

Lourenço Belleau is an Associate at Converge who focuses on early-stage machine learning and AI opportunities, assessing the technical feasibility and competitive positioning of startups across the AI stack. Before joining the firm, he held several engineering roles building, scaling, and deploying AI and machine learning systems. He holds a Master of Engineering in Data Science from Cornell Tech and a bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
